Postal Locations

Its been a year and a half that this store has had zero change of addresses and I've had to wait twice now for a total of 6 mos for a check issued almost a year ago because the new person at this location sent all our mail back 😡 knowin that they have no change of address and we all dont drive! We have to rely on anyone we know to be off work to take us anywhere to get any of the forms this store should have every form we may need on a regular basis being as small as they are and likely these PO drivers can grab from Lapine or have sent to Lapine almost everyday of the week but sunday 🙄 it's not right. This is all families and elderly out here who arent rich by any means to have to make a drive to Lapine or Bend to get what should be sitting right in the lobby that services just a few hundred people. Ain't nobody moving so often that this store should be out for merely 2 years now!

I live 1/2 mile from the mail boxes yet whenever I PAY for shipping on any item I get the Orange slip to pick up at PO ... there are 2 oversized boxes for large items AND they should bring it to my house otherwise ... I PAY FOR SHIPPING TO MY HOME not 8 miles away at PO

There has been no change of address forms for 3 months now at this Location in Gilchrist PO

I have problem with Crescent Post Master who put wrong mails into our. PO Box from others peoples names and their PO Box # . It happens more than once and I'm having,g hard time not trusting her doing her job and not paying any attentions! Please stop putting wrong mails or I'll making copy of mails and report to Federal Government of Post Offices and file complaint
