The current postal clerk is completely incompetent. It is like every day is a brand new day and we are greeted by blank expression. Recently before I moved back to the Portland area she returned two VERY important pieces of mail to the sender because she thought the address was not complete. One was my replacement passport and the other was a check from an insurance company in a 5-figure amount that I had been expecting from my mother's estate. She knew who I was and I was in there every day! And this was NOT the first time she made a major error like this.
