Attempted to change a transaction from a priority mail box to a flat rate priority mail box ( both boxes are identical with the exception of the words “flat rate” on one of them. While attempting to explain I wanted the flat rate, the clerk continued to complete the transaction on the more expensive box. He was rude and provided no help other than to say I should have brought it up before the transaction began. I ended up paying twice the cost.
