Postal Locations

The post office here in Creswell has been delivering mail to me for over 10 years now. I do MAJOR internet/eBay sales and purchases and the employees who deliver my mail have done an outstanding job delivering hundreds of my packages without fail. In all that time I had a neighbor once bring me an envelope put in their box by mistake. Not one single damaged package. Thank you for a great job over these years Creswell Post Office. Keep up the good work. I know your job is very tedious and tough. Thank You.

You guys lost my mail and act like you didn't even care so thanks a lot for that you guys suck

Horrible. They are lazy there. We have had nothing but issues for the last 12 months. we have had the same box and address for 30 years and all of the sudden they are sending packages back. They can't take 2 second to look up Hoffstot and put it in our box. Its been the same one for over 30 years. This is why UPS and FEDEX are thriving and USPS is dying. the lack of customer service is ridiculous. Just this week. they lost a package they said was in ouer box, then they sent a crucial one back that had 65 w oregon on it. That has been no problem until the last 6 months.
