Cottage grove Oregon post office is the most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with !! We live on mosby creek rd & the manager or postmaster is a joke he is rude & if u have a problem he does zero to fix it instead he makes excuses !! Our carrier lies all the time delivers our mail & packages to other places or says she delivered or attempted to deliver packages when she doesn’t !! Ridiculous! We get other peoples packages at least once a month other people mail every week ! She leaves are packages at post office just because she doesn’t want to deal with it ! & than lies about attempting to deliver them !! And when we call to find our packages they make light of our situation and laugh ! These people that try & run this post office are clearly the bottom of barre employees who take no pride in their duties !!!! All of us out here are tired of their incompetence!! Seriously how hard is it to put mail in its place a monkey could do it better !!! Ridiculous!!!!!

I'm not sure about anyone else but everytime I go to get my mail out of my mail box it is not closed all the way and my mail is soaked. It would sure be nice if it wasn't.

I have ordered items that were not delivered to me twice now. Both times the tracking number indicated that they were delivered, but they weren't. I need to talk to the local carrier to find out where s/he is putting these packages! Ebay reimbursed me the first time; I doubt that they will believe me the second time.

They don't know how to answer the phone so don't try calling the branch directly. Apparently they either don't get paid to do it, or they don't get trained on how to do it.

I spent over 20 minutes waiting for the employes to fix the money order machine, unable to repair the machine I asked if I should come back, I have things to do. The woman whom had been ignoring the situation the entire time told me it wasn't their fault the machine doesn't work. I told her no one forced her to work there and she should do her job. I gave them my phone number and am still waiting for my money order.
