Have not received any mail in 2 weeks. My debit card and food stamps card are IN THE MAIL. I cannot access my funds, or feed my family. I have lived here for 6 months, and mail wasn't an issue until just now. I called the office twice, and "they're working on it". Isn't this a Federal offense?

COMPLAINT!!! deliver my mail, you left a red tag saying that my box was full and that my mail was being held. When I went to the Post Office the clerk was rude and and did not help, I asked for a supervisor and he was also dude he thought it was a joke told me that the problem was my drivers License. My mail box is empty it has been empty for 10 days and it is still empty, please deliver my mail. Critical Medications were held up due to the joke. Fix this problem

I tried to call the Corvallis post office about 3:45 pm. The announcement I heard was that the office was closed, although the USPS website for the Corvallis post office at 311 SW 2nd states it provides retail services until 5:30pm today. So retail services doesn't include answering the post office telephone number? I have a question regarding my po box, I am not within easy (I am 40+ miles away) driving distance of this post office, so it seems that if I can't go in person, I can't get my question answered and it is NOT one answered on the USPS website. Is that right?

Here is the tracking for some critical vitamins that I ordered and for which the supplier paid for USPS PRIORITY MAIL. We live in Corvallis, Oregon. The package should have been delivered yesterday August 13, but arrived in Corvallis today August 14 at 1:07 AM. Then USPS sent it back to Salem then Portland. USPS IS JUST DICKING AROUND ON PURPOSE TO GET MORE FUNDING. Meanwhile these vitamins are getting destroyed by the heat. In the past two weeks we've had two days when no mail delivery has been made (today being one of them). These days were not holidays. We run a business and it's imperative our mail delivery/pickup be consistent. Please ensure we receive mail delivery M-F between 9 am and 5 pm.

I had made an order to a company in China which apparently required me to sign for the package. The PO attempted delivery but we weren't home. The delivery person left no note of the attempted delivery so after 3 weeks had passed I contacted the company asking where my package was. They said it had been shipped via the USPS. I found the package at the downtown PO. No explanation why the delivery person did not leave a note.

I've experienced excellent service from this post office. Every time I go to the counter I've been treated respectfully, had my postal needs met, and enjoyed chatting with the clerks. For most postal service locations there is no telephone number except some 800 number. But you can call the Corvallis post office and get through to a real human being. 542-752-4358 And they have Saturday hours (yay!). Many people complain on review sites, and no doubt some people have legitimate issues. But giving fair and balanced reviews these days is becoming uncommon.

Never had an issue with them delivering stuff until the other day. Two packages of hair dye were supposed to be delivered, apparently one ended up in someone else’s mailbox, and the woman who got it ended up at our doorstep. Both packages were delivered the same day, so you’d think that at least if they were both delivered to a wrong address that they’d both end up in the same wrong address. I guess that just isn’t the case since somehow I don’t have the second package. How could someone possibly be so bad at delivering mail that they put mail addressed to someone in two seperate and incorrect mailboxes. Unbelievable.

You may ask: "how can a post office be bad at its job, you just deliver mail." Deal with this one and you will find out. Never answers the phone. Homeless people live on the steps. And if you go in, watch out. Courtesy is unheard of. If there were any other way to get my mail, I would do it.

Good luck getting friendly customer service. For friendly customer service I suggest studying every aspect of how to be a perfect, all knowing customer before approaching the desk or suffer the wrath of the lady who works there as soon as you open your mouth or, God forbid, ask a question.
