I pay WAY too much money for a po box that I cant access at my leisure. I work random, inconvenient hours and every time I have had available for the past two weeks the post office is closed.... I am waiting for gifts to give to my family and here it is Christmas eve.... and still... I cannot access it. Get it together! Close the office, fine! But LET THE PEOPLE ACCESS THEIR MAIL!!! My partner and I have watched more cars than we can count drive up to check their mail... leaving frustrated. How is this acceptable?

Rates went up service got worse cant even get into po box on weekends for the price they charge you should have access whenever u want. Not very happy with them

I wished I would never had paid in Feb the years Post Office box dues. I also wish I could get a refund because of the rise in the fees that we are being charged. So when they are due again I will be closing the box up and have my mail delivered else where.

Since the new postmaster started we rarely get our mail before dark sometimes after 10 pm one day we kept checking due to fact very important and expensive package only to find it outside our gate in morning our last check was about 10:45 I don’t know what’s happened since new postmaster took over, but there needs to be some changes Don’t get me started on the 1 hr wait in line anytime you go to post office If you had a separate line for package pickup would be great

We need to have the Post Master for Cave Junction fired. There is no reason that our mail is delivered after 7:00 pm. We use to get our mail between 2:00pm and 3:00pm everyday

We are in a evac zone in Oregon, Cave Junction. This means we must pick mail up at post office. I was notified delivery was attmpted for packages. Went to post office in Cave Junction to pick up mail and packages. Was told no packages., however Amazon tracking says they are there. The new postmaster was very curt and said no packages here. I get that you dont deliver to evac zones , when we drive 20 miles to pick up our mail would like somebody who knows how to find it. Tracking #s say they are there Now what, cant get money back due to fact according to Amazon they were delivered
