Postal Locations

Had my sisters package delivered to the post office, yes I was not aware that she had put our po box instead of our address only, but anyways I called and explaned and asked why would a mattress get delivered there in the first place if its a big package, kinda obvious, either way The lady was very rude when responding, she tried to raise her voice and I did not allow that I raised my voice and she calmed down, when I got there she was like o well you got here fast, she went to the back of her office and behind a cubicle she started talking crap about me putting my po box on the address, when yet I have put my normal address for deleveries to my home, and at times it gets sent to there post office and they get upset about it and say to put my po box. One lady there is very nice and very respectful, the other lady in the other hand was rude, but hey I dont let people talk me down, I defend myself and so should you, its there job to help and explain any of our mailing issues. Also she claimed the UPS guy tried to deliver the matress to my home, which was not true, I have video footage of my front door there is nothing I have 5 cameras around my home, Nothing. If shes the manager there she needs out. Js. 2/5 stars for me.

I have lived in the Boardman area since 2000 and have had excellent service from the beginning . Our postal workers are local heroes.

TERRIBLE. I have called MULTIPLE times and NO ANSWER. Literally the worst post office in history, you guys are all lazy people. You have messed up TWO OF MY PACKAGES AND YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! IM TIRED OF THIS! I have not received two of my packages and you guys don't do anything about it! How about do your job, how hard is it to put a package in the mailing box!? HELP ASAP
