Always helpful at this office, I just called regarding a deceased person receiving mail....and they were most helpful.

Our regular carrier is great; The substitute carrier is a giant douche nugget. He refuses to get out of his vehicle to bring signature-requiring mail to the door. We WATCH him drive up to the mailbox, fill out the notification, and drive away - He could see us standing in the window if he'd bother to look up...

We paid for over night shipping. No attempt was made to deliver the next day. On Veteran's Day when everything was closed they tried. The post office was also closed so am not sure how this was possible. Also, there was no tracking available after that day. We have talked to our local post office numerous times and nothing. We have called the person to receive and nothing. These were brand new hearing aides for a very deaf man. I should have hand delivered it myself. Now we have to go through the whole process over again. This means new molds and then you wait. In the mean time he has one hearing aide and is deaf and blind. This is very sad.

We have not been getting mail picked-up this past week, as it has been dropped off on the road locked mailbox. Normally, we have our outgoing mail picked up in the White House on property and new mail delivered Monday through Friday. On Saturday, is the only day the mail should be dropped off on street locked box. Can you please get back to [number removed], to let us know why this has changed? Thank you so much! Kim
