Anytime Amazon gives USPS my delivery (that I paid an extra $10 for on Amazon to be delivered on a Saturday) these guys never deliver it. I live in an apartment complex and they always say they can’t find my apartment number and then I end up not being able to get my package until Monday. My apartment complex is not complicated and my apartment is not hard to find. I shouldn’t have the hope they have early pick up at 6 AM on a Saturday in order to go get my package because I know they won’t deliver it. Not cool

Got home yesterday and today, I have over 16 pieces of mail that does not belong to me 5 Different address. This carrier is very lazy, I left the ones they put in the box yesterday there hoping they would take them and then deliver them to the correct address. Did not happen however they did leave me more of the wrong mail. What the heck is wrong with people today don't they take pride in their work, guess not.. I hope this gets to a supervisor unless they are just as bad as the carrier is.

My package went out for delivery friday. Got checked back in as deliverable, even though i received plenty of packages that day, and this is a small item. I called Saturday morning. Was assured it was coming out again. Shows as out for delivery. Once again, it didnt get delivered. I have never in my 44 years lived in such a unreliable USPS area in my life. And I have lived on the USS Stennis. Your mail carriers didn't even come to work some days last year, what happened to rain, hail or shine? Embarassing, they can't even follow a timeclock or a GPS now, it's like waiting on toddlers with big wheels.

We had a mail hold starting May 1 and mail delivery resuming May 8th, it is now May 11th and we have not received any mail beside 3 pieces that belong to a house two doors down, which is very concerning.. I find it disturbing that the carrier apparently pays no attention the the address of the home they are delivering mail to in these days of identity theft.. That being said, I know that some mail was destined for my home during the entire week and I would like some one to tell me what to do about this..

Reviews are so often filled with venom and poison. It's a known fact a person who has a great experience may tell 3 or 4 people but when they have a bad one, they'll shout it out for the Gods to hear. I have no issue while writing this except to say, great job. Keep it up, we all make mistakes and no one is perfect. Hope you have a bright, wonderful day.

Can someone please retrain the carriers at the Yukon Post Office on how to pick up the outgoing mail. This has happened more than once where I’ve had outgoing mail in my mailbox with the flag up and they do not take the mail and put the incoming mail on top of the outgoing mail. This has happened to many people in my subdivision And it happens a lot. I know we lost our regular carrier and have had many subs but come on, common sense would tell you to take the outgoing mail.

THANK YOU SYLVIA. Thank you USPS for posting your phone number for us to call. We put the wrong address on a package to a child in Yukon. When I called, Sylvia tried her best to help us get it fixed.

Nice how they list a number to call and you wait on the phone while it rings and rinds then auto disconnect. Would be nice to find out if my package is being held there or another location since the supposed package slip that was left can't be found anywhere!!

We lost our expected mails (e.g. bills, statements, etc.) multiple times. Sometimes we received mails supposed to be for our neighbors, or for other households in the zip 73099. In these cases we just place them back in our mail box with the note to indicate that these mails were delivered to the wrong address. Please understand that our concerns are for lost mails that contain personal information, which could put us in danger for either identity theft or other illegitimate purposes. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Why have a kiosk if it never works and the old dude that works there has a major attitude and acts as if everyone is stupid
