I received two packages in my mailbox that I did not want and did not order. I believe this is a scam and should be investigated.

This last mail carrier is horrible. I think he is talking on his phone all of the time. I have a locked mailbox on my porch. The new mail man never puts the mail all of the way it. When it is windy it falls onto the porch and it just invites thieves to take the mail out. There is a label on it that asks for the mail to be place all of the way in. Our last mailman was great. One day my daughter was expecting her diploma. The outside requested that it not be folded. That day the carrier put everything in the box including bending the "do not fold" envelop and placing it in the mailbox.

So my delivery person can't knock on my door with certified mail? Just puts it in my mailbox and when I went to rescan a new delivery the paper they left didn't work. How can I sign if they don't knock on my door. I don't drive and this is ridiculous.

Your delivery person pushes my mail back in my box instead of picking it up. He just put my new mail on the top of what should have been picked up. This isn’t working for me. Please find out who it is and fire that person. Thank you!!! 127 s 108th e Ave. 74128

I understand the need to close the lobby at night because of ignorant people that think they have a right to bust the locks off of the boxes and take mail that does not belong to them. The sign says you will open the lobby at 7:00am and at 8:15am you have people in the parking lot, waiting, because the door is still locked. Let's give the postal service more money so that they don't have to do what they say they will do. This has been a normal occurence at Eastside.

This place have gotten so many bad reviews and it doesn’t seem nothing was done. Because the customer service was still horrible the middle age guy that looks like Bart Simpson and was very rude. They need to close this down I’ll drive 1 hour before I come back. My little pennies might not count but the word of mouth will hurt.

I went to the Eastside location to activate a post office box I had set up online. There were 4 people in front of me and it took 15-20 minutes till I was next in line. Then a lady came in with a cart with about 15 boxes and the clerk let her in front of me. Finally another clerk came out, Pam, who was very nice and helped me, but said I had the old phone number on the form, which I had previously updated online. I got out after 30-40 minutes and when I got home my wife told me they had charged our credit card 3X online. A very frustrating day. Now I have to straighten that out.

I am outraged by a postal delivery driver by the first name Zane speeding down through our streets as fast as the truck will move when I approached him to tell him he needed to slow down he told me to take my ass home, I would like a reply asap, to know what will be done with this individual.

I’m the manager of Brookfield community at 3038 s 101st e ave. I’ve noticed over the past few months mail is getting delivered late. Some days no one will come at all. At times it will be as late as 5pm when before it’s was in the early afternoon. I’m displeased and I’m hoping things will get better. You may contact [number removed] or 9186634474. Thank you

Why doesn't the bldg have security cameras to deter theft/vandalism for the p.o. box owners? We would really like to know.

Apparently this post office can’t hey their poop on a group. Packages are being left in boxes at my apartment complex but the wrong key for the box is g em so our packages are just stuck. The mailmen REALLY need to pay more attention and actually care.

The carriers from eastside station need to learn numbers, I always get another apartments mail. So where is my mail going? I can't ever get anyone to answer that door to even see if maybe they get mine. So I might get mail 6 at the most times a month. I've been told get a P.O. box however I don't have a car. I'll keep going without mail!

I tried contacting them to put a package on hold, because the post office by my house is unable to. The package is being sent to the wrong address and the seller is being unhelpful. The lady who answered when I called was rude and told me they couldn't do that. I'd have to request a mail hold and have them put all the mail for that address on hold. I can't do that though, it's not even my address. The lady at the post office in my town said they should be able to just put the package on hold. I'm at my wit's end trying to figure this out and no one is being helpful

This place is a joke!!! It seems like they do shit just to mess with people. I am in a wheelchair with no car but they stopped delivering my.mail and told me to come to the post office to get it. Specially a man named Andy was particularly rude laughing in my wife's face and throwing a doctor's note, the post office told me I had to get to deliver my.mail again, and said you are just wasting yours and my time because this never gets approved and just tossed it behind him while smirking at my wife... This place needs to be gutted a d replaced with a whole new staff!!!

I am writing to let you know that the carrier we have is extremely rude to my office staff. This is not the first time she has shown her impatience to the staff. Today (March 30) she rang the front door to gain entrance to the building and was annoyed because the office was quite busy at the time and we did not answer the front door right away. She (the carrier) proceeded to tell my front office clerk that this was not okay and we might have to put a box out front for the mail. I realize that the carrier is on a schedule and so are we at the school. However, there is no call for this kind of behavior. I have tried calling several times (918-664-1791) but after 5 minutes the phone goes off. Thank you.
