yes, our postmaster is not delivering our mail, so far 2 packages were delivered somewhere but not to my home and have not been brought here but says it was delivered to me. He has had problems for some time giving us others mail which we drive out and give to them. I am so frustrated with them.!!

3 weeks ago I brought up to the post master 14 complaint letters from our apartment complex. The mailman is inadequate. We are seniors and disabled and regularly get wrong mail delivered or we take mail to the correct apartments ourselves. These are government letters, medicines that aren't delivered or are delivered to the wrong address. We requested that he be transferred to another route but HE'S STILL HERE!. In the last 2 days I've gotten mail for 3 other residents and I watched him as he opened the outgoing mail yesterday where he took 4 pieces and put them back in the correct boxes. We will not settle. If the post master doesn't fix the problem, we will go up the chain of command

I HAVE HAD SOME GENERAL DELIVERY ORDERS FROM AMAZON SENT TO THIS POST OFFICE . THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. THE SECOND WAS KNOCKING ON TNE DOOR FOR A PACKAGE @ 837 AM AS THE SIGN INSTRUCTED. THE WOMAN WAS HEAVY SET, WITH SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR AND SAID THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY GENERAL DELIVERY MAIL. SHE WAS IN A HURRY TO GET RID OF ME AND TOLD ME THEY ONLY GIVE OUT BOXES OR REGISTERED MAIL ON SAT BETWEEN 830 AM AND 1030 AM. I TOLD HER IT WAS A BOX FROM AMAZON. HER DEEP BREATHING AND BEING PUT OUT WITH ME WAS EVIDENT. SHE WAS THE MOST ILL TEMPERED, RUDE CREATURE I THINK I HAVE EVER MET. MAYBE I SHOULD GET MY MAIL ELSEWHERE!

To busy to be bothered to go to the loading doc to fetch a package delivered to our PO Box # 3 hours prior to calling for it at the lobby desk. It is a shame when they want our business and we pay for the service so packages can be delivered there they can’t provide it. They say it’s not here. So 18 miles to town to keep a box number with them means nothing except another trip to town to get it when they finally get around to checking it in. They are using an archaic way of receiving and notifying people by placing yellow slips in the box and then don’t check the names on the packages against who is picking up the packages. Other PO you just go and tell them your name and show the tracking number that shows it has been delivered. I have many times had to give back a yellow slip that has been incorrectly put into my box.

I worked so hard to get my mailbox in the right place and at the right height so that they would even deliver my mail. Now I'm getting other peoples mail that haven't lived there in years and they won't stop delivering it to me. I'm thinking about taking my mailbox down just so they can't deliver other people's mail there at all now. I'm also still not getting all the mail that is sent to me at that address.

The postal delivery person has started to leave items in my mailbox (4704 Park Hill Road, Tahlequah) that are not addressed to me or my address. I have been putting them back in the mailbox and raising red flag. Yesterday, I followed that procedure. This afternoon I found the letter tossed on the ground and my mailbox damaged. I will appreciate someone getting in touch with me so I can file a proper complaint. Nancy Detwiler 4704 Park Hill Road 918-708-2415

I have been a subscriber to the New Yorker magazine for about a year and a half. It is a weekly lpublication. I don't know when it is mailed by the publisher, normally I receive it on Friday or Saturday, for the upcoming week. Once in a while, not a third of the time but often I do not receive the magazine. Either it gets lost between the point from which it is mailed (and I am not sure where it is mailed, it is published in NYC) or it gets lost between the local post office and my house. Some of the covers are collectible and I can see why people would be attracted to the magazine. However, it belongs to me. I would be happy to share it, but after I have read it.

I have not received my forwarded mail and I moved over 3months ago. I submitted a change of address slip when I moved also. My ex husband works for the post office and was my previous mail carrier and I've spoken to the post master 3times with no prevail. Ridiculous

Same here. Wife been to office twice and was never told they were holding our mail along with others that had a different address. Meaning some didn't even belong to us. Said put 2 notices about mail box height. A lie. We never got a single notice. I'm just going to go without mail service. Or whatever it's called because that's not service.

Two times I waited for a package that never came and in the end I had to go straight to the post office to pick it up. On this delivery they claimed they attempted to deliver it, but I was home the whole time: no knock on the door and no card that they put in the crack of the door to let you know it was delivered. This is why I rather have UPS deliver, they are a day early and always give dedicated service. Ridiculous.
