I have to say the Stillwater post office is incredible. We had a situation with our son’s apt and key for mail and getting packages. I believe it was Andres or a young man with A name. Sorry if I don’t have it right. Anyway he helped me and walked me through what to do to help my son. I was blown away at how helpful and kind they are. This parent from FL was truly grateful for this post office and mail carrier that helped my son! Thank you!

I just got an email asking me for an additional $3.00 to redeliver a package. They said the address I have used for 11 years needs to be updated so they can redeliver the package I already paid postage on.Whether it’s international or Domestic package it’s always something, this is crazy. I have had items lost or misdelivered at least 7 times in 4 years. This is allot . I am just hoping to find out what the MAJOR MALFUNCTION is. If you look there is an email address and phone number listed, that hasn’t changed in the last 11 years, use them and call or email about a problem. I can’t believe I have to pay another $3.00 because someone can’t read an address on a house that hasn’t moved in 11 years. M. H. Linahan

just hung up after listening to the phone ring repeatedly with no one answering it for over 10 minutes. I am the administrator of my mothers estate and somehow, the mail is not being delivered. In addition, although she lived and received mail at her address for nearly 30 years, The Postal Service left a snarky note saying address was a different number than the house number she had the entire time she lived there. It also made an accusation that someone was living illegally in the house. Absolutely not true.

Like several other comments below - apparently the P.O. can not be reached by phone although their phone does ring.

This is the second time in a year this post office refuses to deliver my mail even if my name is on the mail box, I pay my taxes, I own my house and I'm an American citizen. But hey, I happen to have a Spanish last name in a small town in Oklahoma, so the mail person always finds excuses to assume I don't live there anymore. Shame on this post office, I've never seen anything worse.

Who is delivering my mail this week? I am getting Mail for people across the street, people on the next block! Is the carrier just dropping everything at every few houses and having residents deliver for them?! I live in Red Ross Subdivision on the southwest side of town.

On a daily basis, the USPS vehicle pulls behind our office and sits for 30-40 Monday-Friday and either sleeps or is on his phone. Yesterday I asked the sub why we don't get mail delivered to us Friday or Saturday, he snidely remarked how do you know you should get mail. I explained there are 4 businesses in this building and none of us get mail on those days. He turned to walk away and said Guess you don't have any. WOW!! These are government employees, who are paid with our money.

I can't figure out why some days our carrier doesn't even come down our street. I have informed delivery, and was waiting on something. He never came by. It used to be on spot everyday, and our carrier changed. Now times are all over the place, sometimes not at all.. ??

I can never get a hold of the post office when I need them. I'll call them and the phone will ring forever but no one ever answers.

Postal worker vehicle 3304004 on 19 & Sanger is always harassing my employees. They are NOT parking infornt of the mailboxes, but that doesn't stop him from harassing them.
