I moved from Owasso a couple months ago and have a forwarding address on record with them. A package was mailed to me at my old address, and they forwarded it. Two days later, the package was back in Owasso being delivered to my old address, and they forwarded it again. Four days later, the package is in Owasso AGAIN, trying to deliver to my old address. I tried calling the Owasso branch twice, let the phone ring for 10 solid minutes both times, never got an answer. Guess all I can do now is hope the third time is a charm and that somehow, my package will some day show up at my new address.

The mailbox lid was disconnected from our mailbox yesterday Nov 13,2022. The lid was placed inside the mailbox. Please make the repair as soon as possible. Kindly send me an email as to case number and repair date.

Camelot Estates .. the lady who delivers the mail is about the laziest .. even though I replaced the mail box 'lid', she will not close it completely and it falls open - it isn't that hard to shut it properly - and today, 9.30.21 it is (finally) raining. My mail is wet, bank statements can clearly be seen by anyone looking. I've noticed other open mail boxes in the neighborhood. I was expecting mail order meds - she did not try to deliver to the door, she simple put a notice IN the mail box for me to go to the post office and pick it up; I was home waiting for delivery. I just received a "second" notice from Hillcrest Medical saying it was time for new radiology testing - I've never received the first notice. This is inexcusable and is good indication why the postal service is having so many problems, people are tired of the employees who obviously don't care. It is no harder to do things right than it is to do things wrong. If the post office wants to succeed they need to start with the employees. Maybe then the general public will start using them again.

Not pleased with services at all. I am in Bailey apartments and my package was to be delivered on Tuesday, then it said it was being returned. They didn’t even try to deliver. I have also left notes in my box 2x asking how to mail letters here. Both times the note was taken, but there was no response

In the last few months, we have had multiple envelopes and packages delivered that have been opened and one or two items taken from them. They may or may not have been taped shut again. Yesterday, my thirteen year old son received the envelope of a birthday card that had been taped shut by the sender. It was open and the card and gift were gone, only a hand drawn picture from his niece was in the envelope. This was obviously theft. My video doorbell shows the delivery and my son getting the mail within minutes so I know it was not tampered with while in my mailbox.

I moved here to the Greens Apt. in August and I have never got food coupons in the mail. (Restaurants And fast food) I always use them for my son and I and I was wondering why we don’t get them here.

We used to get our mail like clock work. The same time every day. I wish I could remember the carriers name. Good guy! The USPS should be proud of men like him. Now, we don't knoe when we might get our mail. Kinda sad.☹

Delivery drivers need to start delivering packages for apartments to the apartment door. I have received multiple pink slips for pickup over the last few months. When I order two day shipping, I expect the package to be delivered in two days!

8/4/2016. Two packages left on curb next to my mail box. Could have easily been stolen or watered by sprinklers . Checked Amazon and it said left in mail box. This was a large book and no way it would have fit in any mail box . The other is usually crammed in my mail box. I will guess I had a different mail delivery person as normally it would have been left on door step. Please advise delivery person of correct procedures as I am sure this is not acceptable. Thanks

Exact same thing happening here, and also packages being said delivered never being dropped off at all. Who ever is on the Route south of 86th street near the 169 is making USPS look bad and should be investigated. Theft or laziness.
