Im not sure as to why the phone number is always busy, how are working individuals suppose to get in contact with the post office who has a paid package that is theirs!

Horrible service. The "customer service" is a joke. Only ONE employee working the counter, including mail, packages, pickups and passports, during 12-2pm shift. The employee that I had the pleasure of dealing with was the rudest individual I've ever encountered. My 17 yr old daughter was trying to file for a passport. I was there for an hour waiting for a service rep to even speak to us until I had to leave for an appointment, then as soon as I left she was told they would not be able to process without me there which is NOT per US Passport guidelines - they just wanted to cross her off the list. My daughter pushed back a little so they agreed to process but said it might not be approved - she was there for another 1-1/2 hours. She didn't get to tell her she wanted overnight shipping because the service worker wouldn't even answer her questions, and we leave for a trip out of the country in 7 weeks. Terrible!! I will never go back to this location.

Rude, rude, rude!!! Sat and waited for 1-1/2 hours (3rd in line when we arrived). Took agent 45 mins to get a picture of a baby to look just so!! Put her in the car seat prop her up and take the picture. Took several because the parent/adult arm was showing in picture...YA THINK????? Then we get up there and even though daughter confirmed on line that her Drivers Permit was acceptable she was told it was not. was told that is consider Temporary ID. Does she have her school ID? Yes like a school ID is permanent...SMDH!!! Was offered no other way to confirm ID. I have since learned online that I could have ID'd her with my ID and filling out another government form. What a total tool! Then we found tag agency to go waste some more money on a State ID - another US Post office was a few blocks away and their website said that their passport center was open till 3:30. Got there at 2:40 and was turned away because they had one in line and paperwork had to be completed by 3:00pm - so tell me why the website reflects 3:30 and why it doesn't say they actually shut down before 3:00pm? Long story short - they need to get their customer service together. It should not be this hard for a NATURAL BORN CITIZENS to get a passport. RIDICULOUS!!!
