Postal Locations

I have lived in McAlester for 13 months now and quickly realized that the post office here is the most incompetent i have ever seen!!! They lie to you just to get you to leave. I'm thinking there is not a postmaster there cause the employees are kind of rude and don't care. It took four months to get my rural carrier to deliver my mail. Whether you are sending or receiving, I would look at alternative methods. I will be posting multiple reviews each day until a postmaster has contacted me!!!

The rudest person in that post office answers the phone! She is so aggressive!! She doesn’t answer questions, will not let you speak to the post masters or leave a message for them to contact you back! She obviously hates her job or dealing with the public! I wished I’d gotten her name 😡

What does delivery attempted actually mean? I can't tell you how many times we see this when tracking a package. I'm home every day all day and no delivery has been attempted. These packages do not require a signature, our driveway is open for the route driver to pull in and knock, honk or leave package so why didn't they? This is ridiculous.

I live in Talihina. How about fixing your stuff and routing packages correctly. You've sent my package all over the place. Train that person who's responsible for routing packages or get rid of him! I have been misinformed by them twice. No wonder the P.O. is in trouble.

Why am I not geting mail? I've been expecting a housing application for over a week.

I HAVE GIVEN SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL DELIVERIES AND PACKAGES THAT SIGNATURE REQUIRED BE DELIVERED TO MY BACK DOOR SO I CAN HERE THE SUBSTITUTE DELIVERY DRIVERS KNOCK!! I HAVE WAITED ALL DAY FOR TWO VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGES THAT REQUIRED MY SIGNATURE. I JUST LOOKED AT THE TRACKING INFORMATION AND IT SHOWS A DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT NO ONE WAS HERE!! I WAS HERE WAITING!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY. HOW FREAKING HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS??I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT HAPPENS EVERY DAMN TIME SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE REGULAR DELIVERY DRIVER IS OFF!!
