Delivery complaint: Our mail packages are being crammed into our regular mail box tightly that the letter are crumpled up. This has only started happening as of one month or so ago, so I’m assuming our mail carrier has changed. Our other mail carrier politely brought packages to the front porch and usually rang the bell.

I checked tracking all day it said it was out for delivery today March 18th by 8pm it is now 9:06pm no package wth is going on this is job related really need that package

Terrible service. The delivery person is lazy. I was told according to post office policy the delivery person cannot step out of their truck to deliver the mail. However, i see them stepping out all the time to deliver a package to the front door. Just a testament post office employees are self serving, lazy idiots.
