Is there an outgoing mail pickup in Verdigris where we can drop off our mail instead of having to drive into Claremore? It would be nice to have a drop off box that is picked up everyday by a postal worker. Leaving in the mail box on the street is not safe.

I just called the Claremore PO to inquire about having mail delivered up to the house for my mother who is 95 1/2. The phone was answered on the 3rd ring and the lady I spoke to was very polite and very helpful!! This was at 9:30 am. My experience was the opposite of what has been written on this page!

Carrier left a 1st notice without coming to the house. Rural box. Was home all day.

I was having medication to be delivered to me Last Saturday. Wednesday I got notification that they tried to deliver at 5pm and was undeliverable. My mailbox was clear, my driveway was clear and we were home. I desperately need my heart and blood pressure medicine.

Shouldn't have a phone number if you intend to not answer. Pick up your phone. I need my lost mail sitting at you facility for 7 days now.

I called, and watched those three ladies talk instead of picking up the phone. They were not helpful, or even decently kind. It was a horrible experience and the employs working that day are reasons why people hate the post office. Especially during the holidays I understand you can be busy, but I called looking through the door, and none of you answered. You are not bad at your job. No that is an understatement. You. Do. Not. Do. Your. Job. Thanks for the complaint review that wont change anything about it.

I am frustrated with this post office. I put a change of address in to the post office almost two months ago. I am not getting mail at my new address So i went to this post office in person with a inquiring attitude, i showed the assistant i had a new address because it is on my current driver license which I paid for to put my new address on my license. I was told the Supervisor would call me and this was over five days ago and I received no call. So I sent another change of address and I still have no mail coming to my new address. I sure am frustrated over this post office

This post office loses my mail all the time. No good to use when you order something and it never arrives. This has happened more than 5 times that my things are sent to the wrong house.

HORRIBLE Claremore Post Office needs a complete overhaul of staff. Do not answer the phone, long waits while you can SEE multiple staff members in the back just sitting and talking with only one employee at the counter. 4 stations available but not used. The last time I was there two employees were working to get one of the EMPLOYEES packages wrapped and marked and stamped for shipping while five customers waited in line. The absolute worst.

Package not delivered as “business closed.” Not a business but an apartment. Never knocked on door - was home when delivery “attempted.” Unbelievable.

This entire experience could have been avoided if they just ANSWERED THE PHONE. I called four separate within an hour, each time the phone rang for two minutes and eventually I got kicked off the call. I was the only customer when I went in. There were three women gathered around talking to each other. They saw me, ignored me, and promptly went back to talking to each. Finally received help after a few moments, but turns out I wasn't even able to do what I needed to do, which I would have find out if they just answered the phone.

The worse postal service I've ever encountered. Where is the accountability? Where is the work ethic? Packages marked as delivered, but never appear. Misdelivered mail. Online tracking showing items "out for delivery," yet the package is never delivered. And these problems have been occurring for years.
