I so enjoy the friendly helpful staff at this post office. I have a PO Box here and there are times they get really busy yet they keep the line moving!

Why am I not getting my mail? It came last night at 8:00pm I know the weather was bad but that's no excuse for not getting . Sometimes I get mail and sometimes I don't get it at all. This has been a real inconvenience to me.

Returned package saying someone refused it. No one was in town how could it be refused?! Thank you all for being lazy and not waiting for someone to get their package. I’d move just not to use this piece of crap office. And counter lady pretty much said I was lying that I refused it, right?! How I was out of town idiot!

W hen are you going to deliver our mail! It has has been a week now and still no mail. The roads are clear and so are the streets in our neighborhood. This is ridiculous. We need our mail

When are we going to get mail. I have not had any mail delivered for over a week. On the informed mail there is very important mail not delivered even though it says to be delivered today (Saturday). A package days returned because unable to get to mailbox to deliver. Did you try? I have come and gone many times over the last week. What happened to during rain snow ice we will deliver? You don’t even answer at the post office phone. I have called mail post office and East post office. No one is working there. What is the deal. Others have gotten to work and home but none of the postal employees can? No wonder people want to use any other service but the usps!!

My package has been saying out for delivery for 5 days now and still havee nothing

When can we expect to receive mail service again. Not sure how long it’s been, but I’m sure it’s been over 1 week. Thank you

When can we expect to receive our mail? This is ridiculous. Someone needs to invest in snow chains for the tires, so we can continue to receive our mail and packages.

Are we going to get mail delivered today, 2-13-2021? have not had mail delivered since Tues, 2-9-2021; I saw a mail truck come down our street yesterday, a neighbor told me it was to deliver a pkg; if they can deliver a pkg, seems to me mail deliveries can be made

When going to the Postal Office for Mailing issues; I'd believe that a standard desk person shouldn't his/her self inform me, the person in the standardized line; to wait on a Supervisor because of an issue that clearly is not my fault, don't retry 2017; no Matter what. This State is pathetic. I should of just went online and utilized the quick way to forward my mail to another address such as some open mailbox, is that the "thing" to do these day's now? For God sake can't a person get a damn Corvid-19/pandemic/ feel sorry for me check like the entire rest of Oklahoma? Funny how some issues make it to this Apartment Building but other's ohhh, nooo.

Please remind all carriers to obey posted traffic signs, in particular 'stop signs'. I encountered a female carrier driving Vehicle ID #3310034 Tues June 23 who never reduced speed as she blew through a stop sign at our small subdivision. I did bring it to her attention immediately and she described it as 'rolling stop'. I estimate her speed approximately 25 mph when she blew the stop sign. Signs are placed in designated spots for valid reasons - prevent wrecks

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE SERVICE EVER!!! Don;t expect your packages delivered they return them to sender, claim unknown address. My address is not Unknown been here over 3 years this is the 2nd issue for same delivery in 2 weeks U.S Postal service needs to re haul & retrain the Carriers and Managers at this Location. Now get my address & your Overpaid CARRIERS & MANAGERS ON THE THIS MATTER!

Your informed delivery is worthless! I try to monitor deliveries to my home to prevent theft, but the information listed on my informed delivery is almost always wrong so it does no good at all! I just checked my informed delivery on a package that was "on track" to be delivered by 8pm today. It is now 8:17pm, the package has not arrived, and the informed delivery says it was "last updated at 2:05 am on November 6, 2018! For the record, it is right now 8:18 pm on NOVEMBER 5th!

Postal customer service sucks! I have been on hold listening to the same irritating music since 11 this morning! I have mail the was supposed to be delivered to my box by Thursday of last week and guess what it still has not shown up!!!
