I live on 10 acres and just witnessed my letter carrier come up to the house to deliver a package. He got our of his vehicle and petted my 2 very large dogs. He put package in mail box and got back into vehicle and said good bye to dogs. Amazon makes weekly deliveries and make many negative comments about my dogs. My Bixby mail carrier has never made a negative comment. Please thank him!!!

I want to compliment a postal employee for being a good human being and making it possible to retrieve some important medication that required a signature (we weren’t home). His name is Ron and he works at the Bixby post office. Thank you, Ron. It would’ve been an awful two days if we would’ve had to wait. To the ones who heard me calling to them and totally ignored me (I know they heard because they stopped talking. The least they could do was acknowledge I was there), how rude. I was 10 minutes past the closing. I called ahead as soon as I got the slip and explained the situation. I was told to come in. I told them that. I’m pretty sure one of them was the manager because I’ve seen her come out if that front office. I get the “closed” part, but sometimes it’s more important to be a little flexible when the package is that important. Thank you again, Ron. We need more people like you in this world. I appreciate you.

I was in line at Bixby Post Office the employee was joking with two kids about his Halloween decorations. A hurst, used coffin, a body falling out. Employees should refrain from what could be offensive or hurtful to customers. I buried my husband 3 weeks ago. Buried my 22 year old pregnant granddaughter the end of July. It was hurtful and offensive to me.

I have had 4 problems of packages not being delivered when they scan them in as delivered. Was supposed to get a package that scanned in as delivered Saturday but it wasnt. The post office said it was our fault. The mail carrier was too damn lazy to bring it to my door. I will be filing a complaint with the postmaster general and getting the police involved because I think the carrier kept my package.

Inside the Bixby post office they have the most rude employees. Including when asked to retrieve mail they never want to go look for any of my packages in the back when I know they are there because I've already checked with the tracking number online to see that the packages or mail have arrived with the date and time my package has made it to the post office box I had it shipped to. Plus I always bring the tracking numbers for the postal workers for them to check for my mail/packages if they haven't put a key or slip in my PO Box yet. Then on another incident they lost my coffee that is super expensive and it's never happened before and I've had it delivered to my post office box for years but this time I swear one of the employees took it because all their explanations never added up plus they knew what was in that package, it's basically printed on the label where its from. I was never reimbursed and I went to the site to file a lost claim/package and of course no actions happened from any of that so what's the point. Every time I go in there regardless if it's my daughter the employees at the Bixby Postal Office are extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

If you leave a certified letter with someone other than the recipient, don't you think you should leave notification of that letter??? I just found out about mail that was signed for by someone else 2 months ago.

I live in twin creeks 2. Whomever is the postal carrier for this route should be fired...He leaves our mail boxes open and the mail gets wet or blows out. He doesn't deliver until 7p.m. or later. Not an example the USPS needs as a representation of a great American service

The quality of our service has continuly gone down down and down ! This is the second time Ive been waiting on a package and they say delivered in mail box and never got it not even the next day ! Our mail comes at any time of the day some times not at all till the next day ! What ever happened to the mail must go through ! Half of the time they leave the mail box wide open I have complained that the mail is important and I dont want it wet or blown away ! I have lived in several cities and never had this poor of service ! Bixby USPS needs to get with the program .

The postal service in Bixby is the worst I have even seen, and we have lived in numerous places across the country. We just returned from a trip yesterday and our mail was supposed to have been delivered from the time we were gone yesterday. We got no mail at all. Daily, we get mail for people not on our street, nor our name, but with the same street number we have. Frequently, our mail is missing and lost and we have not received important documents like checks, bills, etc. Often, our mailbox door is not closed at all and is left wide open by the mail deliverer. I have placed many complaints but nothing is ever done and nothing ever changes. When we do get mail, it usually does not come until late in the evening. I guess I will have to contact Rep. Bridenstein or Lankford to get results. This is totally unacceptable!

Lastnight I returned home from work, to find out a package that says it was delivered was not on my porch, or by my front door which had been stated on tracking information. On Dec. 1st the postal person who is subbing scanned a package of mine and delivered popped up on my computer, so I go check and nothing, so I left and went to track him down. He said it hadn't been delivered yet, but they had to scan all packages (due to only having one scanner) as soon as they came into gate. I told him not to scan my packages until someone accepted it at my door. So on Dec 2nd I come home to find no package when my husband and daughter were both here when it was supposedly delivered. It showed delivered at 3:58 and my daughgter says the mail carrier came by at 5:30 and dropped off mail. I am very upset, I guess its time to report the carrier, and the post master for allowing them to scan packages before they have reached there destination.

Why am I only getting mail every few days? I don't ever remember when I missed two or three days of receiving mail, but lately I do.

Is the mail only running every other day now??
My mail (Woodcreek 111th & memorial) was not delivered Thursday & so far today, 11:58 pm. has not been delievered. The days the mail is delivered, we don't get it until 9 or 10 pm. Is this something that is going to be happening for now on???

You need to contact Rep. Bridenstine's office. If people complain about the lax service of this post office, something will be done. I promise. It is our right as tax paying citizens to get the mail delivered to us each and every day and Bridenstine has an individual that handles issues his constituents have with the USPS.
