I work until 4:30pm so I arrived at the Bethany Post office before they closed at 4:54pm. When I got to the door it was still unlocked but a short young woman was standing on the other side swinging her keys. She informed me that they were closed; even though the hours of business ended at 5:00 pm. I understand that we all want to go home after a long day, but I also have a job and if I could have made it there earlier I would have. Thank you.

Literally a bunch of lazy ass people that don’t want to do their job. I bought a shipping label online, from Usps to have it printed in store. And “apparently” they can’t do that. No one wanted to help. Just scoot me down to the end and tell me to go print it at home. When I had everything they needed to do their job. Sad. Go work fast food if you don’t care. You don’t have to treat people like shit.

There have been numerous times that my mail hasn't been picked up. I have no way of getting out to mail my mail somewhere else. The only time my mail gets picked up, is if there is mail delivered. This has caused a hardship on me and I resent it. Today, I had a very important time sensitive piece of mail to go out. I put it out before 6:30am just to be sure I didn't miss the mail carrier. I stepped onto the porch at 9am and saw the mail carrier next door. That was nearly an hour ago. Our street is only two blocks long (7100 block NW 43rd in Bethany). Now I have to pay someone to take me to the post office to mail this check. This has to be fixed! I am old and I am angry!
