My problem with the Wooster post office. Started in May 2017. I moved from the fourth floor to the 5th floor at townview Terrace period in Wooster Ohio. When I moved to the 5th. Our mail carrier name Bruce would always put the people's mail. That lived in my apartment before me in my mailbox. I went over several times and talk to supervisors. I have called them and complained about Bruce. They said they would talk to him. They say they would talk to him. That's all I keep hearing. That they would talk to Bruce. He is also claustrophobic. He keeps a door open to the mailroom. Then people start socialize with him. Where he's supposed to be doing his job. I talked to the supervisor about that too. I have complained at least 12 times since May 2017. The last supervisor I talked to two weeks ago said. While Bruce is on vacation. I said well then it says substitute in the mail in. The supervisor. I don't know his name but he has long hair. Said to me that he would put a card up over my mailbox. Stating only my mail is supposed to go in that mailbox. I go yeah right they told me that one before 2 that they were going to do it. But Bruce continue to put other people's mail in my mailbox. Just supervisor said to me while we're not going to fire him over that. I said oh I see you are taking the mail carrier side and not the customers complaints. He says no I'm not I said yes you are. I said why is Bruce still here? The reason is Bruce knows he's not going to get fired so he does what he wants and when he wants on his route. He continues to do this because he knows I've complained on him. He is doing it out of spite because I complain. I had two knee replacements and when they did my right knee replacement. They fractured my femur and had to have a steel plate and screws put in there. So I had two knee Replacements in a fractured femur. I live next door to the post office. I couldn't find a spot in the post office parking lot. So I parked on my lot. Walked over and poured down rain to take over someone else's mail again. Talk to the supervisor. I said I've had enough of this I'm going to write a bad review. This is a business letting it incompetent mail carrier get away with being insubordinate on his job period when a supervisor tells you we're not going to fire him over putting wrong mail in your mailbox. That tells me. That he is for the mail carrier and not for me. If this doesn't change I will write to the Washington DC post office. I already wrote online a year ago to the Cleveland post office. I got no response. I will continue to tell people how I was treated by the supervisor the other day. I don't see this matter resolved because they'd have I don't give a care attitude what Bruce does. So Bruce knows since he won't get fired, he will do what he damn well pleases. What a way to run a business. The Wooster post office gets a zero rating from me. Shame on the supervisor for not doing his job and firing Bruce. my reasoning is does Bruce have something on the post office? That's probably why you still there. One very unhappy customer. And fed up customer. Tired of the BS. Since I moved from one floor to another 17 months ago!!
This post office is a joke. I think they thrive on being rude. They act like they hate their job and servicing the public. I agree with the post below about not publishing your local phone number. The 800 number doesn't even give you an option to talk to anyone. Hmmm, I wonder why?
I am very very very frustrated. You publish a phone number that is not in service. HOW IS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT YOU WITH A SIMPLE QUESTION INSTEAD OF GETTING IN A CAR AND DRIVING TO YOUR LOCATION AND STANDING IN LINE FOR HOURS.
