i'm wondering why an envelope with something important in it for my mother in law was mailed out on Tuesday from Asheboro,nc was supposed to be delivered yesterday to my mother in law, hasn't arrived to her address yet. I know it doesn't take 3 days to get there. it only takes 2 days to mail something fro 600 miles away to get there. if it isn't there by tomorrow, then I think someone at that post office is going to owe my mother in law like $20.00. I'm sick of post offices in windham ohio, and in other states losing mail I send out to my family all the time. it should not take 3 days for a small envelope to get to windham, ohio

Hey buddy. You know it is only guaranteed to take two days if you hand delivery it to a physical post office before noon right? If you stick an envelope in your mailbox or drop off after 1200 it's considered next day. $20 is nothing. If you're concerned with how long it takes a piece of mail to get to Ohio maybe think about paying $7 for priority? Or wait until you have $7 of envelopes to mail at once? Or...get your butt out of your car and hand deliver your previous envelope to a clerk.

I was waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered today Saturday the 20th I was standing in the driveway when the mail person went by and they never left the package or looked up the driveway, I checked my tracking number and the mail person stated that there was no secure location to leave the package, what is more secure than handing it to the person you're delivering it to that was standing in the driveway when you stopped at their mailbox. This is just uncalled for now I won't see the package until next week.
