I called the Westlake Post office because I haven't received my vacation hold mail. I was told there was no mail on hold. I explained that I was expecting mail over the period of time the hold was in effect. She just kept reiterating there was no mail there. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told I was speaking to a supervisor. She would not try to help me or transfer me to another. When I asked again to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. I never raised my voice, never got angry - just tried to patiently get more information. I would certainly like to speak to someone who doesn't think quality service is hanging up on customers.
