You have to visit the post office and file a paperwork for mail box key replacement. Bring your state ID.

This Post Office will not answer their phones. Called three different numbers found on line. the 800 # they list is just an automated line & will not connect you with a Human Being. I want to make an appointment for a Passport Renewal. Timing needed as we have a trip booked for the end of May & Passport expires short 3 weeks of the 6 mo. out when we board the ship & then try to enter Canada and return home. Guess I will go dragging my Oxygen Converter & get in line to try & make an appointment.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service, in fact it's NO SERVICE ALL ALL. I didn't get a door tag about my package, when I finally was able to hunt it down myself no one at this location answers the phone. When I called my local office for help they even told me "oh, they don't answer the phone, oh you've going to have to go stand there until they help you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is the third time something like this has happened to me at this location. When I tried to schedule redelivery via the automated system I discovered they had marked my package not available for delivery, pick up only.

This post office has not answered the phone any time I've called in the past two years. I have parcel lockers at my mailbox and multiple times now the carrier has put the wrong keys in the box or like today had two keys for the same box and my package was gone. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

We have been trying to get an ok to move our mailbox to our side of Walnut St. We are seniors and very difficult for us to run across the street before getting hit. We have left messages and even went to the McCorkle post office and stood in line. They took our info but no response. This has been going on for a couple of years

Was suppose to have a rug delivered. Been at the office all day and got an alert from Amazon that there was an issue delivery. Not sure if the driver just didn't feel like getting out of there truck to bring it in. Called the Westerville Mccorkle location....no one answers the phone. I think its been ringing for five minutes. Why Amazon uses the postal service is beyond me.

I filed a change of address and forwarding of our mail - a service that i paid for - and they still are delivering mail to my house - the USPS is incompetent and imposible to rely upon. and you can never get any answer to the phone number given as contact phone number. verry poor service.

Have not received normal mail delivery for 4 business days. What is the deal? Amazon has no issues - FedEx has no issues - UPS has no issues. We live in the crossing At rocky fork. What gives?

Please tell me how your post office receives a package to be delivered to address in Sunbury, Ohio but instead sends it to Warrendale PA to a UPS-facility and the back to Columbus, Ohio. It has been in transit Spence December 21, 2020. When will they ever receive it? This system really need to be revised. How much did it accost to send.

All I want to do is ask the name of my carrier and if they are on my route today. I wanted to leave a Christmas card and gift, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone so that I can ask my question! I have had, on occasion, to call this post office and make inquiries and no one EVER answers the phone! There is absolutely no way to reach anyone here. It is very frustrating.

I’ve tried to call (McCorkle) post office and they have no options to speak to anyone. I live in the Genoa Grove Condo’s of Old Westerville Rd. There was a key in my box (11) so I tried to open the box. At the end of our row. There was nothing in it. Thought maybe they might have put it in another box, but the key will not come out. So where is my package? Please call [number removed]

I must say this has to be the worst PO by far. No one answers the phone after several attempts. Mail is not being delivered. During the holiday season much mail is being stolen and the inspector needs to be aware of what is going on. If they don’t already know. There are even issues with certified mail. There are obviously no one at this office who has a handle on what is going on.

I am so very sick of the service from the Westerville Post Office. Several months ago they lost a pair of sneakers that they stated was delivered to a postal locker since the package was too big for my box. I never received it and had to eat the cost since they refused to reimburse me. After the incident I set up informed delivery and haven't missed a piece of mail until today. I am missing a piece of mail that shows it was to be delivered to me today. What is going on!!! Someone needs to shut this place down until they become more efficient l. Sick of the Postal service for this location. I'm contacting the post master general.

I too have a mail carrier that does not know how to close a mailbox door. This lets snow & rain in Bills are Not printed with waterproof ink ! I put up a new box this year. Thongs had often been crammed inside , which CLEARLY belong on the porch. We live on old 3c & I'm not the only one with wet mail

I sent a certified letter to an address in westerville on 11/20/18. As of today, 5/8/19, it still has not been delivered or even scan at the post office. This is unacceptable! I asked to get my money refunded and was told I have to talk to the postmaster but of course he is not in today. I hope I never have to go through that post office again.

I live at 233 Boehm Ct., Westerville, OH 43081. Over the last several months our mail "service" has been hap-hazzard, at best. We never know when to expect our mail delivery. But today was the most ridiculous! I had mail in my mail box, with the flag up. The carrier of the day, drove right past my mailbox and continued north on Spring St, apparently enroute to the McCorkle Post Office. He did not pick up or drop off any mail at my home.

I paid for an overnight delivery to a Westerville, OH address. The item was mailed on 4/15/2019. As of this date, 4/23/2019, Westerville has not scanned in any delivery information. Judging from other comments this seems to be a common practice. What can be done about this horrible Post Office?

A package delivered today 1/16/18 was damaged and the contents bags were busted. The label on the package said handle with care and fragile. It's obvious care was not taken. I will be in touch with the Post Office regarding the care and delivery of this box.

I have always used the Post Office on McCorkle in Westerville. The employees have always been polite but earlier today they went out of their way to be nice. They close at 3:00 pm. I was late getting there to mail my Christmas cards. It was after 3:00 pm and the parking lot was full. They were closed but there was one employee by the door and another inside who took my cards as well as other people's cards. What a nice thing to do during the holidays! Thank you so much and Merry Christmas!

This post office, and the postal worker who has been delivering the mail in my area for the past year or so, are together the absolute worst imaginable. Within the past 6 months, I have repeatedly received someone else's first class mail and have had my own mail literally thrown on the ground and left in the rain...twice! And it seems this postman is obviously illiterate....How else to explain mis-deliveries nearly every single week? Just within the last 2 weeks, this postman not only mis-delivered first class mail and a package, but then refused to take them and deliver them to their rightful owners, both of whom live 2 streets away. On both occasions, I left the items with a large note that was impossible to miss. This postman actually put my mail in my mailbox, and left the mis-delivered items, (in one case, for 2 days in a row) on top of my mailbox! Unbelievable!! And since this post office refuses to answer their Phones...(there are at least 3 numbers and they will not answer any of them) you will need to call the USPS Consumer Affairs/Customer Service office and file a complaint thru them to get any relief. It seems the Postmaster at this location (Cherie Joiner) is never there and the employees run amuck. Beware these folks and do not place your trust in the employees at this location. Nobody is overseeing the service being provided and what service you do get can be unbelievably bad. It is a shame because we use to have terrific postmen/postwomen in my area and at this location, but those days are evidently gone for good. All I can say is Thank God for UPS and FedEx...they are the absolute best. The Post Office at McCorkle needs to be investigated for employee misconduct, and then completely reorganized. Any additional complaints coming from me are going directly to the USPS OIG.

Did you get any help from Consumer Affairs? I've had 2 packages shoved in our mailbox that has ruined what's inside and the flag on the mailbox was broken as a result. Wondering if complaining will do any good...

Thanks for confirming that you delivered a package to a locked box when you didn't. Thanks also for not answering your phones during business hours. Also thank you for taking my note down with my phone number in case the person who received the key to the box chose to return it.

Last September I suffered a bad fall on the uneven sidewalk leading to the post office entrance requiring medical attention. I talked to the postmaster who was not at all empathetic. Cost of medical attention was $163.00 and am trying to get reimbursement for this through the post office.

I do not recommend this post office location at Mc Corkle in Westerville OH. Very rude and impatient man at the main counter I always try to avoid. His name is Mac and I heard from one other source he acts like he's doing you a favor every time. I don't know why.
