Not a very good mail delivery service! Too many times we have gotten other people’s mail because the house numbers have gotten turned around. Is the mail carrier dyslexic? Now I have a piece of mail and a package that does not belong to me, and I will NOT go back out to the mail box or take it the appropriate house number when it is raining out. The mail carrier needs to come out to my house and get it! I have been trying to call the post office here, but all I get is a busy signal.

Whoever is the mail man for the winding creek neighborhood Saturday Feb 20 5pm is extremely rude. We were driving through the neighborhood looking at house colors and pulled over to let him pass us. He preceded to honked 4-5 times, throwing his hands up and screaming at us. Unprofessional to say the least.

You all in waynesville have a new post master and she is a superb person of quality and knowledge. Any one having problems please have the pleasure of approaching her and she will do what has to be done as long as it is in the regulations and has merit to be entertained

Waynesville Post Office is holding our mail. I live in a nice subdivision where traffic is a minimum on a culdesac dead end street. The carrier left a note saying the tree branch was too low... and has NOT DELIVERED mail for over an entire week now. I've taken pictures to show the POSTAL MASTER. To clarify, I can pull my suv and car both to my mailbox without interruption and the shade tree isn't a problem. Whatever happened to "neither rain, snow, hail or flood the postal service delivers"? Not the case here. Disappointing to know even our tax dollars pay their salaries and yet get treated like this. Whatever happened to common courtesy? Waynesville Post Office needs to learn a thing or two, and read what the public opinions are concerning their own doings and obvious non-caring attitudes. Make America Great Again, drain the Waynesville Post Office Swamp is my best advice.

We live on Waynesboro Way. We have a serious problem. I have placed 4 birthday cards in our mail box on different days to be mailed to different states and none of them have be received. One I mail on a Saturday and I saw the mail man pick it up. Something is going within the post office. I believe this thief. Someone is taking them hoping to find money in them. We also are always getting other people mail or they are getting our. Sad that a couple of packaged have been delivered across the street when it was quite our address was clear in the packages.

We live in Waynesville OH, have for 30 years but use another town's post office because Waynesville's post office is unreliable. We receive others mail, we do not get our mail timely (we see by the postmarks). We're told packages are held up at the post office that we are expecting and that we received a call-ticket (which we did not). Sad post office it is!! Very disappointing.

The Waynesville PO consistently has problems with mail forwarding. We and several of our neighbors travel on long RV trips and always have to have someone check our mailboxes to get mail which doesn't get forwarded. We've been on the road for two weeks this time and mail is still being left in our box from time to time. This is a big problem for us since important mail is delayed.
