We continually have our mail being damaged or delivered to our neighbors and our neighbors mail delivered to us. Today we received a package that was clearly labeled "do not bend" that was bent and jammed into our mailbox. the door was left open as the package was to big. Apparently pulling in our driveway and walking 10 yards to put it on our covered front porch is to time consuming for the mail man. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

Twice I have had to contact this office and both times whomever it is that answers the phone is the most rude, unprofessional and immature person i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He doesn’t listen, he talks over you, he offers no help and I am quite sure has no clue on what he is doing because his answer is always I don’t know. this last time a package was unable to be delivered do to a loose dog a form was left i followed instructions to have it rescheduled but the barcode and # were not found-when i informed him of this he said all you have to do is come in and pick it up what is the big deal, my God, it isn’t the carriers fault it didnt work, i never said it was, but why give the form if it doesn’t work, why have someone work there if there sole reason is to be rude and disrespectful to anyone who needs help?
