Hi - I am moving to Vermilion on August 16, 2022. I have a question - I have sent an application for change of address from Lakewood, to Vermilion. I would like to know how to get the key from my street mailbox, before then if possible. Let me know - my phone is 216-496-2856

I personally feel sorry for the postal workers. They are taking the brunt of everyone's complaints for an unusually high year of mail and package traffic. Because of Covid, many people chose to not travel and to mail their Christmas gifts instead. We certainly can't blame the post office for this ~ I am faithful that everyone's mail and packages will arrive, in time. Please be patient, people. Happy New Year!

I am really getting tired of the post office “losing” my packages. Pretty sure the employees are stealing them at this point & when I called them out on it, my mail starting disappearing as well. I’ve had to report two of my packages missing & now my mail. I’m still waiting on a response about everything, this is so ridiculous. I hope someone looks into this. I’m not the first or second person this has happened to either with this post office.

Sunday August 9, 2020 the post delivery person was driving extremely fast down shady lake drive in vermilion. The driver was flying around corners even after he saw my children walking their dogs and pulling their little sister in a wagon. Although the speed limit is 25, please encourage drivers to use better judgement when driving through quiet neighborhoods.

I sent a package with the tracking number 9114999991703043964043 to this post office and it has been sitting at the post office for 12 days. I need an update on where this package is because it is extremely important.
