Why the hell do I put packages IN MY MAILBOX with flag up, TO BE PUCKED UP BY THE CARRIER??? 4999 Harlem Rd It’s NOT as if they were too small and in the back !!! A 9x4x3 box AND a RED poly bag! Yet I go out at 6:30 this evening (Friday, March 10) and crap mail was delivered STUFFED AROUND MY PACKAGES…, and FLAG WAS PUSHED BACK DOWN 😳 My business is same day/next day shipping. Today was NEXT DAY ! This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last three months. I realize our regular postman recently retired…, BUT WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DOES IT TAKE TO PULL OUT PACKAGES, SCAN THEM, then deliver the crap mail????? Mark G McCaulla

Horrible Post Office. Unprofessional to say the least. They have skipped my mailbox for at least 4 days now delivering my mail. Yet they go to my neighbors right across the road. I have letters and packages listed on the Informed Delivery Page. Where are they? Called Sunbury Post Office. Talked to Eddie the Supervisor who would not give me any information and even hung up on me! So, I have filed a complaint with the United States Postal Service. Spoke to an actual person and they said they will take care of it today. We will see.

I received a text msg. From Amazon indication my package had been delivered by USPS. I did not receive the package and still have not received it today. Where is it?

Today, I received a wedding invitation and found the seal was broken. This not the first where I have found a corner of my mail torn open to see if there is money. I have received mail from various addresses in the USA and still find that my mail has been either partially openned or in this case the seal broken!

It would be great to know why my 18 Christmas cards was not picked up today (12/15) at Africa road (close to Sherman Rd). The carrier shoved my mail pack to the back and put in delivered mail on top and put the flag half way down when they were done. Not appreciated.

I was very disappointed with my mail carrier yesterday. He was not my regular carrier. I put an item in my mailbox at 10:00 a.m. Monday morning and put the red flag up. At 12:30 p.m. I watched the mail carrier go right by my mailbox without picking up the item. I am the fourth house from the end of the route and I know the carrier usually turns around at the last house and comes back down my street. So, I went down to the end of my driveway and when he came back down my street I waved at him and pointed to my mailbox. He shook his head 'no' and kept right on going, didn't even slow down. There are a few reasons I can see for doing this: 1) He thought I was asking if he forgot to drop my mail off. 2) He doesn't have to stop and pick up mail from my box if I'm not getting any mail. 3) He thought I put something in my mailbox after he went by and doesn't have to pick it up after he's done with his route. The bottom line is, he was rude and should have at least stopped to see what my inquiry was. Thank you.
