Horrible horrible service . I have a dhl package to Doylestown that was dropped off at this location to be delivered to Doylestown from Medicare script and it’s not moved from this office for a week ! I could have drove there myself . I’m furious

I would rather have three no, four prostate exams than deal with these people again

This place is the absolute worst post office in Ohio!!!..May God have mercy on your package if it ends up here!.Because these incompetent Fxxxers will hold on to it for DAYS!!!..

I work from home so I grab my mail and packages as soon as the postal man leaves and today he put my order was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. He also stated he left it in the mailbox but the item ordered would have been to large to go in the mailbox. Contacted the shipper and they said I needed to wait 48hours before they can do anything. So frustrating that these people make good money but still can’t do there jobs right.

I have packages there and once they are in Stow ohio it is a dead zone for packages. They never get received ughh

Amazing mail services. Mail man Matt with the beard is so kind and every time he drops off my mail he puts a smile on my face. I just wanted to inform this office that they have quite the worker!! Keep it up!

My package has been in STOW, OHIO for 2 weeks now. Through DHL commerce it says tendered to delivery service in Stow. The USPS tracking says they are awaiting the item and when I call they say they do not have it yet. What is going on!!!? This is very frustrating and when medication is missing, it is even more frustrating. Im usually not the one to write bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

why is my package till at your place since 3/26.21?

Well thanks to you guys, My valentines day was RUINED! Please tell me why was my packaged sitting there since the 11th of Feb? Package was suppose to get to me by the 13th and now its the 15th,(in which its not going to leave there Either due to a holiday... and now....i have to wait untill the dam 17th to even see if it make it here....FFS thanx again.....

I expected a package January 12. It been in Stow since January 9.

I haven't been receiving my first class mail for 2 weeks. In Munroe Falls. Mailed water bill on Dec. 9th at Munroe Falls Post Office. Water Department is across the street and they still haven't received. Feel like I'm living in Mayberry.

What is going on in a US government office? I have had a package lost from July 9th in Stowe, now today a new one is sitting there. Is there any leadership at this facility?

Stow is Bermuda Triangle of mail. Every single package gets stalled here. A package from California gets to western Pennsylvania faster than if it goes through Stow.

I have a package sitting in Stow,Ohio for over a week. It is to be delivered to Erie,PA about 120 miles away. Why is it still showing it is in Stow?. Reading many complaints of same issues can someone give me a heads up on what is going on. Should I reorder my supplies and have delivered by another carrier. Not good for business would you not agree.

The last 3 months EVERY package ive had come through that fricken post office don't make it out!!!! And packages that dont need to begetting stuck either. When I pay for something and I pay YOU TO DELIVER IT NOT "LOOSE SOMETHING" (more like steal something) And for everything to keep getting stopped at ur post office its kinda obvious. I'm done and I'm reporting it!!!!!!!

Were are my meds? Last two scripts from E-scrips sat at the Stow Post Office in excess of a week. The last script has been there since June 8th and shows no sign of moving today a week later. How can you not prioritize medications?

Have used the Stow Post Office for 20+ years. No issues that I can recall, until today. Most of the Postal Employees have been very nice. As to my visit today. I obey and respectful toward the posted requirements at all businesses based on the virus. I walked into the counter area standing at the posted marking on floor to keep 6 ft. distance. When I was told only 3 people were allowed in that area. The two signs posted when you walk in do not indicate anything as to maximum number of people in that area. Your employees must have had to state this to customers all day. Unlike front door stating 10 maximum people in lobby area. You need to update your signs. The young lady that waited on me indicated there HAD been a green sign up on the door as to the 3 people max, but was taken down? Even if I could recall the sign from the past, which I do not, one would think that requirement has been lifted. Not a mind reader. Perhaps you want to put the sign back up. I had two occasions over the last month with 2 teenagers that stood right behind me and your employees said nothing- both teens not wearing a mask (I know it is not required). However these are the people that you should make sure at the very least are obeying the 6ft. distance and if not call them out for not doing so! In fact one of them was asking for a change of address form as I was being waited on- acting as if I was not even there. I will make sure to cause a scene the next time this happens!

I have many packages that once they go to this hub. never leave or leave up to a week later.... What is the problem ? Do you need help? I have many tracking #s that seem to go there and now I'm still waiting up to a week later....

Very, very disappointed that the post office's policy is to leave packages outside in inclement weather. Spoke with an individual at the post office and her response was that they are required to deliver every package. Sure, and leave them in the rain so they are ruined - makes perfect sense. Will never use USPS again to mail any type of package - their policy is ridiculous and not customer-oriented.

Well, once again it’s 5:31pm and our mail is STILL not delivered.
