I walked in looking to retrieve a package just as they were closing. (The gate was quite literally coming down as I walked in.) I ask if they could make a one time exception to give me my package as they were still there, but a disembodied voice from behind the closed counter was incredibly nasty toward me with no provocation. I asked if she could possibly talk to me face-to-face, but this simple request was met with more hostility. The lady that I could only hear gave me a number to call for a manager who could possibly make this one time exception. I promptly dialed the number and was met will more of the same tone and hostility from this manager before she hung up on me. I understand the hours and that my request didn't need to be honored, but the type of treatment I received was simply unacceptable. I expect to be treated with some semblance of respect as a paying customer myself and a representative of a company that spends 10s of thousands of dollars on the postal system annually.

The Rocky River, Oh PO is my local PO. I filled out a hold request and left it with the postal employee there. Had my mail held for a week and it was supposed to be delivered to me today. DID NOT RECEIVE IT as of 8:00PM! Service in this area has become increasingly sporadic over the thirty-four years I have lived at the same address.

Good! Friendly service, once I overheard my carrier say hi to my cat in the window. Keep it up, we need you, we support US Postal Service and workers.

I have an office at 19035 Old Detroit Rd. I've been in the building 35 years. For the first time ever the mail delivery has completely broken down. When Kris retired and some new person assumed the route, all they do is dump the mail in the Lobby next to the mail boxes that serve the apartment on the third floor. So each day you shuffle through this accumulation to find your stuff. At least you hope to find it. Mail service has reached an all-time low. Your killing yourself.

Postal delivery person continues to deliver my mail to the wrong address despite having the correct address on the envelope or package. I have voiced a problem with the post office in the past with change or resolution..She just continues to do what she does. Please advise.
