Mailman doesn’t deliver our mail and packages most of the time. When we go to post office to get our mail and they say that it is being delivered today and we STILL don’t get any of our mail. We have missed appointments and everything because of this. Once asked our mailman if he had our package he said no at first until we told him that the post office said he was delivering it that day. He changed his mind and said “Oh yeah I forgot.” How could he forget about a package he is supposed to deliver? That’s his job. Something needs to be done. I can’t continue to not receive my mail or packages.

I sent mail to H&R BLOCK on Robinson Ave. in Portsmouth, and they did not receive it. I am a DAV and I don't drive or I would have delivered it myself. It is very important that the get it. Please check into it for me. Thank you. God bless and have a God Day.

I’ve had a package said it was delivered on the 27 but it’s not been delivered here it’s still down at at the post office on second street how do you like to have some help wanted sign has been delivered here but I look on my tracking thing and it’s not been delivered here it’s at the post office

I ordered 3 Christmas gifts 2 was suppose to come to Portsmouth Oh and 1 to Fl. I received 1 and the other has been in Columbus Oh since December 8th. And the 1 that was suppose to go to Cape Coral is lost in Fl..I called the 800# and the local post office and can't talk to anyone..Very frustrated

Seriously disgusted by the customer service provided to my senior citizen mother! Every year she uses the postal service to mail Christmas presents. WHY THIS YEAR did she have to ship each package separately? Sadly the CSR strongly encouraged her to ship each one 2day delivery. My mother being 85 fearful her her packages would not arrive on time agreed. 14.90 for each package total each is TERRIBLE!!!!! Taking advantage of a senior citizen AND the clerk should know better!!!! Must be desperate!!!

Bought a fragile item online over a week ago for a birthday yesterday. Tracking said it sat in Cincinnati for 3 days then went to Portsmouth and sat for another 3 days, tried to call for hours the day of the party to see if I could just pick it up since I only live 10 min away, only got a busy signal, now it says ITS BACK IN CINCINNATI????? What the hell does "priority" mean to you?

Need to pay attention. my neighbor just found a piece of my mail laying on her porch. This makes plenty of time they have done this or shows online that mail was delivered but I never received it

This must be the very worst postal service I have ever encountered in my entire life ( and I'm 75 years old )... mail, not delivered, mail lost, wrong mail, mail never delivered at same time of day...never the same person delivering ..........and they complain that they are not paid enough.... Get serious! Paid Way too much as far as I'm concerned.....

I tracked a carpet shampooer at QVC and it reads that the wrong number was on the package, it reads that they are waiting for information so that it can be redelivered, I have it all of course. Can you help?
