I am beyond frustrated by the number of times that the postal service is scheduled to deliver my Amazon package and they make no attempt whatsoever to do so but then scan in a code that says they did attempt a delivery but couldn’t because of a FRAUDULENT REASON! I have Informed Delivery and I check my tracking information and they have said that I was a business that was closed (even though it is my house), that they couldn’t access my mailbox (untrue), that I requested they hold the package, and on and on…. I cannot comprehend why Amazon uses USPS as a carrier but I am sick and tired of not receiving my deliveries on the promised delivery date because the postal carrier just doesn’t want to walk it to the door. And shouldn’t there be some type of disciplinary action when an employee of the federal agency, the USPS, is deliberately scanning in inaccurate codes on my mail? Couldn’t I consider that tampering? I’ve just had it. Enough already!

The post office accepts packages from Amazon that they claim they cannot possibly delivery (diapers). They deliver the peach form (tried to deliver) even though we know they didn't try. I try to enter the tracking number to establish next delivery date but it's not recognized so I put a good redelivery date on the form and slip it back into the box. This happens for a bit until I call to determine, they will not deliver it because they claim it can't fit on their truck. We order online for shipment to the home for a reason. If USPS can't deliver, then stop taking packages from Amazon or procure a vehicle that can deliver diapers.

Tracking email says package is ready for pickup, but not sure why. We have mailbox at home, never have had to pick up anything. This is a regular book order that always gets delivered regular home mailbox delivery. Tracking is 420430649241999999157746296591

2/25/19 When I got home this afternoon my passport, Federal issued document, was stuck in my door someone was nice enough to get it to me ..which means the letter carrier put it in the wrong box !!!! I don't know how serious you know this is but if it had gotten into the wrong hands, it could have meant identity theft!!!! But this happens all the time !Things are in my box that don't belong in it. I even have a big sign saying only mail for (my name). Unexcusable! This person should be dismissed!!

The delivery on Saturday 9/30/17 was unacceptable. I always check Tracking on my packages and this time it required action from me. 9410811899223606488742 Tracking number. It stated that the address was eligible. The tracking stated that the package was sorted and put out for delivery. I went to pick it up personally on Monday Moring 10/2/17 and found that the address doesn't get any clearer. I don't appreciate a carrier who is either Lazy, Careless or just don't give a darn. Put this on my tracking requiring me to do something for this persons stupidity. I am keeping this incident on record for next time.
