Need a new mail mam on Clark Ave

I want to acknowledge Tabatha and another associate at this location. Unfortunately, I did not get his name when he called me today. I sent a package to my mother-in-law at Piqua Manor via Click N Ship. I dropped the package off at my local post office in Texas, but somehow it never got scanned. After a week of receiving no notifications, I followed up here locally. The post office where I dropped it off did NOTHING to help me. I had to call a customer service number and luckily they got the search started for my missing package. I received TWO phone calls from the Piqua location within three days of each other. My package had finally been scanned and was on its way. Thank you to these two Piqua associates for taking my issue seriously and following up with me. I guess if it weren't for them, my package would still be sitting somewhere at my local post office in Texas! Thank you to the Piqua team for all you do and Merry Christmas to you!

I had a package that said was delivered and never was that actually showed up a few weeks later and my item box was cut open. Today I received a box that was delivered on time but the box was cut open like someone was trying to see what was inside. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!! Before I get the law involved.

What forms are to be bought. Drivers license and what else is required. Also can I use a photo from my phone. What is the cost

I have been locked up and come home to see USPS didn't even deliver any of my packages to my house I ordered An Iphone 7 and and Galaxy S8 and didn't get them pretty mad someone get back with me at thank you.

My package is delayed because you incorrectly sorted? how do you mess up a big package, and I've been expecting it for a while.
