Five days during the week of April 12-17, I did not receive any mail. I even put a letter with the flag up in it and it was picked up. Not even advertisements. Something wrong

I mailed a valentine on Feb 9th to North Ridgeville. It had a small bump in it so we added 30 cents to the postage in case it needed special handling. It has not gotten there yet. If there was a problem, we had a return address. We haven’t gotten it yet. Where is it? Can you help.
