I have a doctors permit to have my mail delivered to the house instead of to my mailbox located a block and a half away. What do I do to make this happen? What kind of a mailbox is acceptable with the postal service?

These incompetent idiots either smash packages too big into my mailbox instead of using the larger ones, damage items, notify of delivered package when it is not delivered, or tell me "the guy with the money orders isn't here" when I go in to buy a money order. I guess the "guy with the money orders" is on donut break and took all of the money orders with him??? What a bunch of government paid fools!

This is the worst post office I have ever been in. I lost the key to my mAil box. This was reported and I was to get a new lock and key. I. Asked for my mAil to be held till the work was done. Asked our mailman if I had any mail I my box. LArge bundle. Twice more I asked for the mail to be held till work done.. work done today. No mail in box. No mail held for me. Where is my mAil?? Saturday Lord help me I shall again go back to north ridgeville post office to ask the question where is my mAil. If not there I shall report it missing g to the police. If this is ever settled I shall never go back to that post office again
