I went in the lobby of this Post office to mail a package. The clerk named Jewels was very helpful and nice walking me through the process. Keep up the good work!

The folks at this office are the best. They always greet me with a smile and the service is impeccable. We have a small business and utilize the service once a week or so. They are always the same.. fabulous.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your carrier who picked up a package for me at my apartment. I filled out an on-line request and package was picked up as requested. Huge help for me as I am somewhat disabled and can't get out. Great job!!

Good Afternoon! I really don't have the proper words to express how truly grateful I am to your front desk employee Jeanne, I didn't get her last name. I work next door at Mercedes Benz and my technician told me she had asked if he knew me and given him my credit card after he gave her my last name. I didn't even realize it was missing until then. Se could have kept it, charged on it, and I would have been none the wiser. Telling her thank you so much in person doesn't do her kidness justice! She helps me to belive that there are still wonderful, honest people in this world. You are very lucky to have her as part of your team. I'd also like to add that your staff there are the most amazing, friendly staff.

The North Olmsted and North Ridgeville post offices are both very rude. I am currently missing a package and keep being told to call back when a supervisor is there and no one seems to know when they are coming in. The employees cut you off when you are speaking and keep telling you they cannot help. I have a missing package and you can't help? How am I supposed to get it? These people need to be kinder on the phone and more helpful to the patrons who call. Those are my tax dollars paying for them so I expect some respect when I call and some help. Clearly this is a problem others are having too. Dear post office, can you please correct the poor behaviors of these people so that customers can be more satisfied with their service????

would like to know why I see my postman is spending SO much time with the widow in the blue house on my street---he stands and talks with her for long periods of time when he's suppose to be delivering the mail---the two of them duck away in her garage so they can play kissing games while people are waiting on their mail...is this normal behavior for our postman? The manager at this post office is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She hung up on me, and when I called back, she didn't answer. I had to call back 5 times before someone picked up the phone. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and hung up on me again.

Whoever the manager is up here is so rude. I will be having packages sent to my parents from now on. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service before.

Yesterday, April 10th, I received advertising from Kohl's with a coupon that was to be used beginning March 26th through April 2nd. I know this type of mail is not a priority but this happens all the time. If I were the companies paying good money to send these ads I would certainly expect them to be delivered on time! Not only are they wasting postage and money on printing these ads we as a consumer are also getting ripped off!
