The person who delivered our mail today (Saturday, June 5)) jammed a box into our mailbox and broke the post. I had to cut the box open to get it out & will have to replace the post. I know this wasn't our regular mailperson, because he would have left the package by our garage.

My girlfriend, roommate and I just moved in and have two mailboxes. One has a vacant slip in it so we weren’t getting our mail. We went to the post office to see if it was brought back there and the front desk lady was extremely rude and not helpful. Told us that our mail “should be in our mailbox”, as if that wasn’t the reason we went there in the first place and told her it wasn’t.

I was supposed to have scheduled delivery on 3//27/21 that supposedly was on a delivery truck at 6:10am. My package was not delivered and the person delivering the mail was unprofessional and rude. My package it two days late and delivery information is a joke. The USPS is always late.

It is 12/22/20. There is a covid epidemic and we are senior citizens staying at home and having everything delivered. Suddenly the mail carrier is "not allowed to back up" so she won't drive up our driveway to drop off packages like she has always done. For the first time in 23 years at this address we need to go to the post office in town to get anything that won't fit in the mailbox???

I am pretty sure that you have to go in person to the post office. Just be that beautiful patient women that you are and wait your turn in line, then talk to the teller or ask for a yellow card to fill out to update your info. On that card should have an option box that you can ✔. I say be patient because the women there are sometimes lacking in manner and intelligence.

I have not received normal mail delivery in two weeks! I usually receive mail most days. Trump's new postal bosses have stopped or slowed down most of our local mail delivery. He wants to frustrate and discourage mail in voting. Vote for Joe!

Newark Ohio postal carriers are the worst I have seen in my 52 yrs of life. Delivering packages for someone else in my development, causing me to play postal worker and deliver the packages to the correct person or someone bringing me my packages that were left with them. Numerous occurrences not an isolated incident. Now, most recently, tracking some packages said left in parcel locker. Went to my mailbox and surprise, surprise, no key for any parcel locker. Maybe key was put in someone else's mailbox and hope for an honest person or scanned and never really taken off the vehicle. Prices keep going up for shipping and stamps and service keeps getting worse and worse. I have actually bought at a higher price someplace else that doesn't use USPS, rather than have missing packages.

My husband and I separated and filed for a Divorce. I started staying with a relative because of a form my step daughter had filed out using false information. I went down to the Post Office and filled out a yellow request form for them to hold my mail. Yes, I checked the individual section of the box. I also checked the hold for 30 day box. I did this because we have separated before and him and his daughter messed with my information. Which caused me to miss several court dates. All of this seemed to happen at about the same time his meth making ex wife was released from prison yet again. Well he went down and changed my info. And because were married they let him. Even though I have papers proving my court date. I tried filling a report with Newark Police but got no results and am still being withheld from my mail. I would not have even got my Court Dates from the Magistrate if I didn't go over to 201 S. Quentin (where he rerouted my mail to again). I was also told by Eugene W. Partin, (Born September 10,1965) that he went and changed my address to 76 Allen St. I was pissed off assuming that he was telling the truth, since they let him do it before. Well it turned out that he didn't change it for the 4th time, so he was still receiving my mail. And still is.

Very disappointed in service when trying to call to find out where my package was delivered to. My "tracking" # 92748999953098581066095649 On line tracking says it was delivered yesterday at 4:11 pm. We heard mail truck and went to get mail immediately as usual. No package. The package must have been pit in wrong mail box. There are two at our location, and we take the neighbors to her so it was not there either. Please [number removed] Not happy at all!

just had the same problem today and they pretty much said I'm out of luck so I will be perusing because THEIR mistake lost me money and I'm VERY irritated right now. I've had nothing but problems with this place and this is getting put to a end because of their laziness to take it to my door like I asked in the first place!
