Between Morrow Post Office and Pleasant Plain Post Office I feel like they take the cake for worst government employees. They pick and choose what they want to deliver. I think Morrow just takes their phone off the hook and if your package doesn’t fit in your mailbox it’s like pulling teeth to actually get it delivered to your porch!

This has to be on the national list of worst post offices ! They consistently damage packages by smashing them into mailboxes ( ex I just had a hardback childrens book delivered that was basically folded in half ) . They have refused to deliver mail for whatever reason and then ship it back to sender without notification. You CANNOT call the number and get anyone to answer because the only phone is locked in some room and no one can hear it. The staff is very rude and gives excuses when you have to drive there to find out what's going on.

There is a gentlemen that has been helping me over the last several days and has been amazing. He is so kind and friendly and has helped me track a package that was lost. He has called me to give me updates and I really appreciate that. Very impressed with his customer service.

I dont know who delivers mail for long spurling but they are extremely lazy. If a package is too big for the mail box they are too lazy to drive down our lane. It is YOUR JOB to drive and deliver mail and packages. This has been going on for quite awhile now. So either fix the problem, switch drivers on that route or fire them. This is ridiculous.

What happened to our mailman Jason ?... he is wonderful! Since he's been gone we've been getting a lot of our neighbors mail by mistake.

NO WONDER THE USPS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.!!! To detour around a closed road requires an assessment by the central office in Cincinnati for a detour in Morrow Ohio. The road is closed for two weeks and no mail will be delivered. It will take them longer than two weeks to do the assessment. The road will be reopened by the time they do an assessment. Also it will cost more to do the assessment than it will to pay the driver for doing the detour. PEOPLE THIS IS YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK!

In June of this year I mailed my homeowners insurance payment to Florida. I sent it on 6/3/2016. They did not receive it until 6/30/2016. I now mailed off my cable bill to Cincinnati on 8/3/2016 and as of this date it has not been received. I almost lost my insurance due to the delay and now may loose my cable, phone and Internet due to them loosing, delaying my payments! I prefer not to pay online for security reasons. I will start sending my bills from another post office. Terrible service!
