Mary our Mail person is very nice and does a great job. I also enjoy the staff, when I go into the post office . They are always polite and very helpful. I personally think we have a great postal service here in Minford. I have never had bad service in the 30 years I have lived in Minford. Thanks for your service.

Whoever fills in for the regular person often puts our mail in the neighbors box. Today a piece of my mail was opened and the contents was missing:(

I understand being a mail delivery person is difficult - I get it. But, what I don't understand is why they have to cram the mail in the box. Saturday, I received 2 magazines, a bill and 2 pieces of junk mail that were put in the box before a package from Zulily - which was a pair of shoes in a shoe box - was put it. It barely fit. In fact, I ripped the bag trying to get it out only to find that the mail was all crammed up and in a ball that had to be flattened out before I could even look at it. Are they supposed to do that? I mean, how difficult would it to have been to take it to the porch? It's not like my driveway is a mile long - in fact, it's quite short. The mail person had to stuff it in the box based on how hard it was to get out. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I've complained about this before - and it got better for a while - but they're back at it again. It's so frustrating! Luckily, it was a box and not clothing that could very easily have been ruined if the package had ripped. Can the postal staff be reminded that their ability to stuff something in a box isn't always the best means of getting it to the customer???
