A Medina post office employee stole a package. The USPS reports tracking number 9405511899562256872318 delivered at 11:50 am on 2 June 2023 to 46676 Baskin Court, Medina, OH 44256. That address does not exist anywhere in Medina County. The address was a mistake from the combination of 2 addresses in 2 different states. The post office should have returned it to the sender, but it appears clear an employee decided to keep the package. Do not trust anything of more than trivial value to the Medina Post Office.

I was sitting in my car after work and watched the mail lady skip my house. She walked right past the path from the sidewalk to our front porch and went to our driveway, she looked at her hands and then back up and then walk away. I had to get out of my car and call out to get my mail. I'd called out and said I'll take the mail for this house, I've been waiting on a package and she yelled back it's only a letter. I had to tell her I still wanted it for her to come back and give it to me. I think that's rediculous that youed just skip a house becuase you can't walk back 10 feet to get to the path. And then gave me an attitude for still wanting my mail when I caught her.

Leslie Ciammaichella I am not trying to make fun of anyone at the post office in Medina. That being said… Ok. What the hell is going on. Today I received a letter from Western Reserve Historical Society/Hale Farm with my membership information. It was postmarked September 3rd from Cleveland. Today is September 30th. That is 27 days to deliver and I did not have my card in time to go to last weekends fall festival. I could have walked to Cleveland and picked it up and walked back about 20 times…could have driven it 27 times if I only went one time each day! I received Medina’s Weekly News paper. Dated to be to us by September 9th. That is, let’s say 21 days to deliver, but you know the post office had these at least a week earlier for delivery. I received my Insurance Bill for my house insurance dated August 16th. Yes folks, August 16th, today isSeptember 30th. That is unacceptable…luckily it is escrowed with my mortgage or it would have been late. 6 weeks to deliver…what the hell is going on? Several other bills were at least 3 to 4 weeks in transit. Every month, sometimes every other week, for the past couple years, I get someone else’s mail. Someone else gets mine. I have bills with account numbers and important information that have been opened and marked wrong address and placed in my door. This is how we have security breaches. Why on earth would anyone in their right mind trust anything to the Medina Post office? This summer, many weeks I get no mail all week, then on Saturday ny mail box is completely full. Where are they holding the mail all week and why is it not delivered? All of my junk mail which was advertising events were delivered well after the event happened. Corporations and companies better think twice about wasting their dollars by sending dated junk mail. At this rate why put anything in the mail ever again? Companies are paying big bucks to get your mail to you on time. The post office has a bunch of excuses, none of which include that whoever is running this company is not doing what they need to be doing…they need to be fired…hire the guy who is running UPS cause they get it done! Postal costs are going to be going higher…but I think they do not deserve more money until they can show they can change the problems that ail their organization. Throwing money at it is not going to help, it never does. The problem goes much deeper. And anyone who wants to blame Trump better just think twice…this problem was on it’s way down way before Trump, and the goofball in office now could not figure it out if it was the only thing he had to do. So….how do we fix this? I am tired of the COVID excuse that is being used for everything. I don’t have an answer…but will be thinking about it. As far as calling to complain. No one at Medina Post office ever answers the phone. I have tried until I fell asleep waiting. I have gone to lake Rd and rung the bell and stood for an hour before I could get someone’s attention. Customer service is a phrase you obviously fail to understand, so how do you think you will compete with other delivery systems? You problem is if you do not change the mind set and the way you do business, the citizens of this country will find a way to get rid of you. You all get paid extremely well, so get your shit together please. And now about the Postal workers. Thank you for all you do. Lots of you are very loyal, hard working people. I am not posting this to bang you on the head. But if you have any insight or good ideas, please chime in. And P.S. if you have a pony or horses…I have an idea! Also P.S. …idea for the next Forever Stamp Art. I think it should have a black background with red bold lettering that says “USPS-DOA”

This post office never answers their phone and they don't care about their customer's delivery problems. I have had problems with my carrier for over a year now and they don't do anything about it!

I relocated to Medina a month ago and my address change is valid. All my mail has been marked Return to Sender. WHY??? I'm disabled and not able to get to the post office so I've called at different times of the day but no one answers. The Post Office General needs to hear about this.

Dropped off payment to Mastercard at the post box on Washington St. on December 14. It is today December 30 and it has not arrived there causing great inconvenience due to 'non-payment' according to Mastercard but actually what they acknowledge is widespread failure of the post office to deliver on time. I could have walked to their payment center in Kentucky by now.

Just moved to Medina. Not impressed. I mailed Christmas cards on December 4th. Today is the 20th not one card has been delivered anywhere. I also mailed in a large padded envelope two cards with Christmas gifts in them neither has been delivered. Plus I mailed a package priority suppose to be delivered in 3 days it took over two weeks.

This post office cannot get my mail or packages delivered to me. They always seem to end up with a random neighbor or some random mail loop. Our condo has mail boxes wth our unit addresses n names not sure why it’s so difficult. I think they should pay when we don’t receive our stuff.

My post has not reached it's destination after being taken to your post office. The clerk did not know his job and wrongly insisted the postage inccorrect. It was to be sent without UNITED STATES (Chapt.71 ,12 Stat 705, sec 23 USC 18 §1701 Obstruction of Mail )

I dropped off post with postage on it to this post office the young clerk laughed at me and said there wasn't enough postage. I asked him if it weighed over 2 ounces as he weighed it the scale and his answer was it is normal. Just exactly how much does normal weigh? I received it back in the mail a week later because he refused to send it non-domestic and instead sent it domestic. That is called obstruction of mail and is a crime as well as deprivation of Rights and discrimination. It is my right to conduct my business as I see fit Hale vs. Henkel, 201 US 43 at 89 (1906). I will take this matter further. I am posting this review because you cannot get through on the phone or through any type of email address to this post office

this is by far the worst post office to deal with, their drivers cant do their job right! let me just say once I can get thru the phone to someone their ears will be bleeding! two weeks waiting for a package and I have a profile made with you people that says "leave at door or leave with a neighbor" how hard is it to read or do anything right! I don't give a rats ass about drivers discretion leave a damn package where the person wants it! now I have to wait 2 more days to get the mail that should be at my door, but I now need to drive and get something because one person cant do their job right. thanks asshole you're a bright one!!!!!!!!!
