Yes, why does Massillon Post office take the phone off the hook? How can they get away with that?

I was expecting a package at my residence on Saturday 12/10/16 so someone was home all day. I have 2 small dogs that will bark at everything. At home all day and no package. Tracked the package online today, Monday, 12/12/16 and a note says, an attempt to deliver was made and a notice left. But someone was home all day and there was and still is not notice anywhere. Who's residence did she go to? Attempts to reach the office are still in vain as the phoneIS apparently off the hook....Uhhhh

A refusal to deliver shouldn't be registered as a result of snow when there is snow that is high or has been plowed by the city in front of the mailbox. That isn't block and by following the tracks they can get close enough to make deliveries. They left a notice so they can leave the mail!

I am just trying to find out what the increase in the rate for my po box is. They notified me that there is an increase, but didn't say what it is! The phone is never answered and there is no information online. Not everyone has plushy postal office workers' working hours, so not everyone can come in just to ask a question.

They take their phone off the hook all day so they can't be bothered with taking phone calls. Massillon mail carriers don't get out of their trucks when they have deliveries that require signatures. They just leave pink slips in your mail box and then you have to be inconvenienced to go to the post office to pick up the package. Thats if the lazy mail carrier bothered to take it off his truck and leave it at the post office. I went there to pick up a package after receiving a pink slip (and I was home all day and no one rang my door bell), clerk behind the counter couldn't find my package and said the mail carrier must have taken it back out with him. So I went home and left a note in my mail box that I was home and to please come to my door so I could get my package. Low and behold, later that day the mail was in my mail box and the note untouched. The mail carrier even put the flag on the mail box back in its position but he never answered my note. Now I am trying to call the post office to see if my package is there (to prevent a repeat of yesterday) and their phone is busy continuously. It was busy continuously yesterday too. Great service Massillon USPS!!!! Do you have anybody in charge there or do you all just do your own thing and not have to answer to anyone??
