Last week on Oct 20th I mailed a letter to Loveland. It never got there. This is the third time this has happened.

In the past month I have mailed out two cards and a bill that did not reach their destination. One card had a couple older family photos enclosed that cannot be replaced. I know it happens but three in a month is a problem.
