Postal Locations

8 months out of the year it is extremely hard for my wife and I to get to Magnolia's Post Office during open hours because of work. We don't get home delivery here so our only means of receiving mail is the Post Office. All the communities Post Office's around us have lobbies that are open 24/7 but not Magnolia!! I've complained about this in the past and was given sad excuses why. Can something be done about this so that I can get my mail on a regular basis. I would even be happy to put up a mailbox if they would deliver it.

There’s a lady from this post office, Magnolia, Ohio that CONSTANTLY screws up our mail delivery and package delivery. Yet there’s no reprimand for her actions. It’s always an issue with her and they obviously refuse to do anything! Today she didn’t deliver the mail until 6 pm and turn around she delivered a $60 package to some other address and I’m screwed out of my money now! I can’t file a complaint with the company because it’s showing delivered so they’re going to assume I’m trying to get free double products. Just 3 weeks ago the dang lady delivered 3 of my large packages to someone else’s house and they brought it to my home. She delivered a PHONE for someone else’s address to my box because she’s in that big of a hurry to deliver stuff like normal and I had to return the phone to the rightful owner. She’s been turned in before and clearly the post office chooses to ignore it and let her keep her good job while screwing everything up. She’s damaged my items from packages, she’s thrown my packages everywhere and gets extremely rude. Reprimand this freaking lady!
