The staff in this post office is rude and unprofessional. Their conduct is nothing short of disdain for the customer base.

I went to this post office and the servants were extremely rude and did not want to be bothered with helping me transact my business. My package was properly wrapped and they said I would have to take the package and have UPS to Fed Ex deliver it because they did not take packages in a tube (it was an antique map). UPS was happy to have my business. UPS will now get all my business. The USPS will never get my business again.

How do I get my lazy postman / woman to stop leaving other people's mail in my mailbox? I've put return to sender /doesnt live here & they will take one piece back & leave the rest. I've now put the same piece of mail back out for them to take for the last 4 days & they take it off the front of my mailbox & put it back in the mailbox! Kinda ridiculous.

The mail carrier is absolutely lazy. She will bring one package back that requires a signature and leaves the rest of the mail, including prescription medication, in the mailbox. I called and spoke to a "Bob" who basically defended these actions. Check out Channel 10s news on poor postal service these days

I live at 210 Old Xenia Rd SE. My mail box continues to be left open. I have lost mail from a credit card company that was never found. Please ask carrier to make sure my box lid is shut, as today 12-06-21 lid was left open again. Ty

I had a supposed attempted delivery yesterday which is a book. I got a message from Amazon saying I had to go pick it up. Went to post office, stood in line and the worker looked for it in a couple of places and said i don't normally work this position and I can't find it can you come back? Um no, your worker lied. There was someone home all day and why should I have to sign for a book? I left very pissed off. We haven't been getting normal mail delivery either and I'm over it.

I'm having problems receiving my packages. I had on package that was coming from Florida and received it the within two days. I have another package and it's coming from MS. With priority mail. I have the tracking number for this package...(Which of course you pay more for). The tracking stated would be delivered today 01/23/20. By 8 pm. It's showing that the package has not been scanned in or out for delivery. Can you tell me what's the problem? You have all these things to keep track of everything. What good does it do?

I live on Old 42 near the Red Brick Tavern I stopped in Post Office Yesterday 12/21/18 to advise that we weren’t receiving mail recently. We finally saw a mail carrier yesterday at 4:30p go down the small block off 42 which is 4 houses down from ours he took a letter out of someone’s mail box that needed to be sent out then took off. Never came down or up 42 which has at the very least 20 units. Today the 22nd still no sight of a mail man. My father lives adjacent to the Red Brick Tavern and his mailbox is right next to his door and he never sees the mailman only twice a week. This needs to be looked into. This also has been going on quite awhile. I also spoke to neighbors having same issue.

I have a paycheck in the mail I was supposed to get Thursday or Friday before I went into work so I waited and it never came. It’s saturday now and about 4:30 pm still nothing and I haven’t even seen the mailman in my neighborhood. We haven’t got any mail since Wednesday and I talked to my neighbors and they haven’t received anything either. It’s only irritated me because I was expecting it Friday and now it’s looking like I’m getting it Monday. My job is in the same town I live in (like 5-7 minutes away) so it shouldn’t be that hard to get someone their mail in a day or two instead of 4.
