I am looking for a package that has been lost for the past week. I filed a request with the Postal Service yesterday for them to try to physically track the package. I received an email from the postal service this morning saying that the package is in the Logan Ohio post office and out for delivery. It is a telephone and I was planning to go buy one at a store today but I need to see if the package is really going to arrive today first. I have continually tried to call the Logan post office with no answer, for several days now. Is there any way for me to reach the local post office where hopefully they can tell me if they have the package?? Please respond ASAP.
I am curious about not receiving mail for the last four business days. I just saw the postal truck pass at least 10 to 12 houses with no delivery. I know there is construction going on but this is ridiculous
All the time getting my packages late, never come on the day they are scheduled for delivery. Also I have found my mail laying in the road. What is going on with this post office.
So it’s been bothering me for months and its Still not resolved, the Logan Ohio post office lost my bills. They’ve told me that a whole hamper of mail went missing. I followed up many times and they Just keep saying we don’t know, we don’t have anymore information. Meanwhile my bills were past due and late charges were added and still Nothing. I wanted the post office to pay my late charges because it was there fault but that was like squeezing blood from a turnip. Let me be clear here the workers were not the problem here I blame the mangers fir this problem not getting fixed. I don’t know what happened to your mail is not a answer. It’s been months and none of those money orders or checks gave cleared. Waste of space management not finding a bag of mail is not right. I had to pay double in december and coulDnt get much Christmas for the grandkids because I’m on limited budget here. Done
Review of Logan Ohio post office. My husband went in to this branch on November 21, 2019 and the man working the counter was very rude. He was mailing an over-night package. He waited in line and got the envelope for over-night. He got out of the line to fill in the address. He forgot to copy the zip code onto the new envelop from the one he took in. He got back in line and handed it to the postal worker. The postal worker said this does not have a zip code and he handed it back. My husband said that it was sealed inside and he would have to drive home over 10 miles to get the zip code. The postal worker said ok bring it back when you have the zip code. My husband left and another customer got out of line and went outside to use his cell phone to look up the zip code. Why the postal worker would not do this is beyond me. He needs customer service training.
