I am not sure exactly my mailman’s name, but I wanted to commend him. I live at 15 North Corwin Street in Lebanon. When my dogs are out he doesn’t deliver the mail that day which is fine. That is what we requested. He simply just brings the mail on another day when the dogs aren’t out. This helps so much. My dogs like many other aren’t mailman friendly and this is so helpful considering it is hard to ensure when the mail will run. So, I just wanted to say Thanks! This way this ensures his safety and there are no incidents. I appreciate this!!

It's great that UPS utilizes the local post office for Sure Post deliveries, but when the USPS driver leaves your package out in the rain, it's very aggravating. UPS and FED EX walk it to the door where it's covered, but for some reason our local postal worker decides to put it behind a bush at the garage, and let it get soaking wet in the rain. So whoever delivered Revere's Run on Thursday January 23rd at 11:07am, thank you for my nice soaking wet package from Macys. I'm sorry my front door was an extra 10 steps for you.

I wanted to give a shout-out to your mail carrier Diana, who serves the route at Otterbein Senior LS Community. Due to a clerical error, a cd I was expecting was not delivered, although the ebay update said that had been delivered. I gave Diana the routing number and she tracked it down. She is a kind, friendly lady and a credit to postal workers every where!

I want to complain about my mail carrier's habit of stuffing larger packages into my mailbox, instead of leaving them on the front porch. Several times I had to get help to remove a package that was wedged in my mailbox. Today (11/15/19), a pkg. was wedged in so tightly, that the delivery bag was caught inside the box and tore open the pkg. when I tried to remove it. The article of clothing was exposed and may have been damaged. I will report to the sender to stop delivering via the postal service, as it is not a secure delivery service. This issue has occurred several times. I don't think the carrier should be stuffing packages in the mailbox, forcing the packages to fit inside, rather than delivering it safely on the porch.

You could place a storage tote on your front porch instruction packages to be placed inside? Then they’re protected from the elements and potential thieves:)

I've called and complained about 3 times because of my packages/make-up subscription boxes already being opened when I receive them, and sometimes I just receive the package with nothing in them!!!! I have never in my life had so many problems with the mail service. Something needs to change soon, this is ridiculous and infuruating!

I live in the Lakeside Landing Subdivision and on two different occasions our mail carrier has ruined packages that I had ordered for Christmas. One time they forced a package into the mailbox that was too big, presumably so they would not have to leave their vehicle and walk up to the house. It took me over 10 minutes to get it out of the mailbox and I had to contort the box to do so. The second time was yesterday. This time I had two packages and they did put the packages on my porch. The problem is they put it on the end of the porch next to the step where they got rained on. Now I have a completely covered porch. Had they put it up by the door or in the corner of the porch, it would have remained dry but no they put it the one place where they could get wet. The Fed Ex and UPS guy seem to have enough sense to do this why not the US Postal worker. It comes down to pure laziness. I know this is the busy time of year but it is the busy time of year for a lot of professions and I don't know many that you can be lazy and cost your customers distress and money and still keep your job. Have them shape up or ship them out!!!

Disgusted with the post office here in Lebanon Ohio. I have called about a missing package since the moment it was to be delivered. I have called and given my phone number and the tracking number on several occasions. I was informed to get a prompt return phone call on four occasions. This did not happen. I suppose the next step is a formal complaint to the postmaster.

My normal driver in Oregonia is great, but her subs aren't. Every time I leave packages in a bag, hanging on my mailbox flag, he ignores them. What does the sub think the bag is? Our regular driver always takes them.

The mail is extremely slow recently. After 6pm and our mail has not been delivered. Dark now so they probably won't see my flag up to take the outgoing mail. Agree with other posts... I have had mail bent and crammed in my mailbox that should have been delivered to my door.

Whoever is delivering today in the area formerly covered by the Oregonia branch office, needs to lose his job. From my back yard, I watched as he pulled in my driveway then chucked a package out of his door/window then backed up and left. Bad enough that most of the time the mail carrier(s) don't walk to the front door, but rather leave packages on the walkway between my driveway and porch (is it really that much effort to walk another 20 feet or so?), or to have boxes bent and damaged so they can be stuffed into the street-side mailbox instead of having to travel up a 500-foot driveway. I have complained before and gotten no where. Sad that you can't find good help anymore, no one who actually has respect for other people's property or in their own work.

My mail box was damaged on Hart Rd. by the postal carrier. They crammed a package into my mail box. Now the door is damaged . It is a federal crime to damage a mail box. Am I supposed to pay for a mailbox that has been damaged by the post office ? Is it OK for the carrier to damage my mail ? I'm extremely upset at whomever did this. BTW, this is the 3RD time this has happened ! I want my mailbox replaced . I will continue to pursue this .
