Think it's wonderful that you hire the mentally challenged..however it's the 2 ND time you weren't able to complete your task.hang in there you'll learn! When I worked there " hand cancel " meany " not uniform in thickness..so when you sent it back saying it's not uniform I of course already knew that..thats why I wrote hand cancel on it.. means the same thing I laymen's terms..hang in there you'll get it!!

The mail person that delivers the mail on Madison Ave does not wear a proper uniform representing the great USPS. Looks very unprofessional.

Our substitute carrier on McDonald Road does not look closely enough at the mail to get it in the right box. Our mail often ends up in a neighbor's box whenever she delivers. This week our Netflix DVD was due to arrive on Wednesday and it still hasn't come yet on Friday. When Vicki, our regular carrier, delivers the mail, we NEVER have a problem. Would you please ask the substitute to be more careful about getting the mail in the correct mailbox going forward? THANK YOU!

My mail carrier is Mr. Brady. He is the best mail carrier around. He says hello evey time I see him. He is pleasant and kind. He goes above and beyond to help you. I was sick and he handed me my mail until I could walk to my mail box again. He's a keeper.

The postal carrier in the Brentwood estate area needs to slow down, this morning he was flying almost hitting a cat. There is no need to go that fast through the neighborhoods. Thanks.

They went above and beyond to get me my package after a mistake was made . I didn’t have the best attitude when I was first dealing with the situation but that didn’t stop them from being courteous and respectful to me . They got my mail and it was given to me . Thanks Kevin for your customer service and the other people that helped me .

I am reviewing our postman. We live in the Brentwood Estates. We have been here a year now and every time someone parks in front of our mailbox our mailman refuses to deliver our mail. Our neighbor walked up to his vehicle today to get her mail while he was at our mailbox and he refused to give her the mail. We have no idea who owns the car parked in front of her house. I am not sure he is allowed to do this but he does it all of the time. He left today without giving her the mail.

I was supposed to receive a package. Mail carrier left someone else's package and took mine back to post office and said it was undeliverable. She was not here at 4:00 like it says on the tracking. Package she left wasn't even on this road. Not happy
