Have a problem with lost mail delivery. New Credit Card, pet medicine, human medication. Went to USPS Hamilton, OH web page. Saw a link near the top of the web page indicating a way to get help. Started their process and found it was a private company that wants your personal info including credit card info. When I have a problem with USPS I want to talk to a USPS employee that answers a phone. POOR SYSTEM

A few months ago, I was awarded a new permanent resident card that never came to my box. This time, I requested new checkbooks that I never received. Please, investigate the person who is supposed to deliver mail at 1641 Eden Park drive.

I do not doubt this is ANOTHER ploy by Louis DeJoy, the Trump assigned PMG for USPS. He has set a plan in motion to make millions from US citizens because of his handling of the USPS. He has seized an a opportunity to plague the postal system to raise prices and slow down, if not freeze the delivery of mail for many. These tactics tend to force citizens to use other more expensive means for the public to pay companies like UPS, DHL, FEDEX ie to deliver mail and packages. What a way to start this, especially with the upcoming holiday season. Huh; he thinks American consumers are dumb enough to not to see his plan. I've spoken to a number of postal employees who said there are shortages of postal workers, changes in processes of mail handeling that are not sufficient to meet the needs of the citizens through out the country. New "equipment" that is not tested and reviewed prior to use and often fail. Price hikes for delivery that is even slower than previous years. What a sham... All for the mighty $$! The American tax payers need to demand that he be eliminated as PMG and put someone in charge who has no conflict of interes to be over the Postal service!!!!!

How is it that you get a text saying they can't deliver because of weather conditions and it will be delivered the next business day then, on a Saturday get a text that your package was picked up at 6:03 PM... How is this possible when 1 - never received a tag to take to get the package, 2 - Never gone to the post office? Then you call and they never answer so you have to call the 800 # which is a recorded joke.

A package that I purchased has been in your post office since Dec. 21, 2020 at 2:30pm. No activity since that point in time. I have tried to call but no one will answer the phone. Today is Feb. 10, 2021

Horrendous!!! Where's my package and why won't anyone ever pick up the dang phone. It was last logged at this PO and says it was returned to sender but I haven't received it, my nephew hasn't received it and there's no record of where it went from there. I believe this is intentional and an effort to screw up the election by having us all lose faith in what was once a highly revered institution. Shameful!!!

Our mailbox is on our porch. If we don't have mail to be delivered that day, the postal worker does not come on our porch. This has been an issue time & time again as we put mail on the outside of the mailbox (because of how it is designed). We are trying to mail things out and they do not come get it. We have had mail sitting for 2 days now that needed to go out, and this has happened multiple times previously. It takes all of 2 seconds to look up on the porch to see if there is mail that needs to go out.

Have had deliveries not delivered but postman made notice that it was delivered and the time it was done. Only to have package show up a month later beat to hell and scotch taped together, with NO explanation. Just recently had two boxes from the VA, according to the tracking site, delivered and shown as delivered on two separate days at specific times. Only one showed up. Funny story, called the VA and they found that only one box was shipped. So, where the hell did the delivery number for the "Second" box come from and the bogus delivery receipt and delivery time????? The postal service sadly gets crappier and less trustworthy as time goes by. And then they complain about lost revenue to UPS and Fed Express!!

HORRIBLE service, the phone number is USELESS ! NO ONE ANSWERS !The swamp post office needs cleaned out. Packages are being returned with a note written on the front saying no such address, when the address IS CORRECT! The delivery person is not capable of doing what they are being paid to do , AT OUR EXPENSE ! No one answers to discuss the problem , this is wasted postage $10.00, plus paying an incompetent person and paying for a useless phone number all at MY expense , Government waste !!!!!

Received call from Carrie at Hamilton Post Office concerning a lost package and she gave me a call-back number which I called the next day. I was told she was taking a test on a computer and she would call me back later that day. She never did so I called again the next day and the recording tells me that line is unavailable right now and to call back later. I did this and it said the same thing. This isn't the way the post office should be run. It's no wonder that there is so much violence around our countries post offices.

I have a complaint about delivery of my mail. I got a bubble envelope last wednesday that was half open and nothing inside. It either got lost in transit or someone stole it. Also, some other days the mail has been stuck in my fence in front of my house, left on the welcome mat, and left on the patio table where it could easily blow off in the wind. Poor service to say the least. US mail used to be reliable, what happened?

We are a business. We have received no mail in over 4 days. Carrier said he is overloaded. No one will answer the phones at the Fairfield or Hamilton post office. I have called the Toll free number. You can't get a live person there either.

Driver comes down our driveway at our farm going way too fast and tosses packages into our horse barn rather than go the extra 50 feet to our house, get out, and deliver the packages like a human being. Have complained to her, the local and national USPS to no avail.

Can't get someone to answer the phone to save my life! The first time I called it was busy, 10 tries later- finally got someone only to be told that my zip code 45011 was Fairfield when my email clearly stated my package was at Hamilton post office- not Fairfield. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone again. I've called at least 20 times. TERRIBLE!

Have been calling for information on a package for two days - many, many times, with no answer. How in the world are you supposed to ask for help with no one answering the phone? I am not only frustrated, but chagrined at the lack of customer service offered by this organization!!!!!
