I've had issues with mail service from day one moving to Groveport. I get mail that doesn't belong to me all the time and address isn't even close. Just recently received notification that my package was delivered to my mailbox and package was not there. Cannot get through to speak with anyone on the phone. Phone has rang busy for over an hour. Very poor service.
I ordered a debit card and waited the full 10 days before checking on why it hadn’t shown up, it got lost somehow so I had to order a new one and no one at this post office gave me much help. Then I ordered a food card, again waited the full 10 days before calling to check on why it hadn’t shown up. Lost AGAIN. No help AGAIN, so I ordered a new one and cancelled the old card. Now my food card suddenly shows up in my mail but it is the card I already cancelled. This is ridiculous.
Kinda disappointed that my mail wasn't returned to me when I reported it. Now my nephew don't get his birthday present. Next time please be more aware of others mail. This was the second time.

Tracking number indicates it was delivered to groveport Ohio and to the front desk of an apartment building to a specified apartment number.
This would have to be postal theft.
I have reported this online as a misdelivered package.
In hindsight, the postal carrier knew that there was no one by the said name of my daughter, the city and state, her apartment number.
What is happening here?

The post master at this location (Josh) gave my mother the hardest time with getting her money refunded, due to incompetence of the employee. She paid $25 To get my important documentation priority overnight to me and the post office employee received my package and within 3 minutes marked it undeliverable.
When my mother went to this post office to state that her package did not get delivered in the appropriate time, they gave her the run around and would not refund her money. It states if the package is not delivered by the time, then the money is refunded. This is not the first time happened and it is unacceptable how they treated my mother who is disabled.
I am an active duty military service member and his actions was not acceptable!
Mail carrier is delivering my packages to the wrong address and not leaving package claiming I was not available for contact when I was home all day without them ringing the door bell...therfore I had to go to the post office to pick up!
